MMaiyoEverything about my stay at Eastin Hotel Penang was excellent. The room was clean, the staff were professional and friendly, and the location was very convenient for business purposes. Amenities in the room were complete and well-maintained. I appreciated the minibar and coffee setup. Highly recommended for business travellers.

EEric07Our family had a wonderful stay at Lexis Suites Penang! The room was very spacious and we absolutely loved the private pool — perfect for relaxing after a day out. There are fun family activities on the 8th floor like table tennis, which the kids really enjoyed.
Just outside the hotel, there’s a Chinese seafood restaurant that serves delicious food at affordable prices, plus you get to enjoy an amazing sunset view while dining — highly recommended!
The hotel also provides a free shuttle to Queensbay Mall, but do note you need to book it one day in advance (we missed it because this wasn’t communicated clearly).
Overall, a great family getaway, and it’s very convenient — just about 10 minutes from the airport!

11362171****Facilities: The internal facilities are great. It's close to the sea, and right behind the hotel, there's a coastal garden that's perfect for photos 📷. Inside, there are historical display corridors and some old Nanyang artifacts, which make for excellent photo opportunities.
Hygiene: The hygiene is impeccable.
Environment: The entire hotel is beautiful.
Service: The service is very mediocre. There's a noticeable difference in how they treat Chinese guests versus Caucasians. They even forgot to put bath towels in the room, and they didn't seem to have any apology for it. Breakfast was quite crowded with a good variety, but the taste was just okay. I even tipped, and they seemed to disdain it for being too little; I might as well not have bothered.

4. Aerobus stop is just at Quensbay Mall
5. Water dispenser, Slippers, Iron board, AC, what ever necessity is there.
6. Toilet is clean, Towel and bedding is Good
