What a good staycay :)

A few parts are needed to be repaired such as windows lock, door guard.

I would love to recommend Swiss-Belhotel Jayapura for your Business and Leisure visit to Jayapura, Papua. Hotel located in the City just front of the Ocean and close to the harbor, it takes around 45 minutes from AirPort. Surrounded by Business and commercial area. They do have Great Hospitality. Best hotel in town with good Products and Services. Great lobby area and Restaurant down stairs. Restaurant so beautiful with full of variance of breakfast to pamper yourself with beautiful ocean view. They do have outdoor Pool with ocean view plus also gym area and they do offer spa treatment as well in the hotel. Room got spacious and nice inside, recommended to book Grand Deluxe with ocean view. The highest one I got chance to see was Presidential Suite which is spacious and beautiful. For you who wants to have meeting activities they do have some Meetings Rooms and Ballroom. So many meeting rooms so you can have such as Big conference. I got chance to explore some nature area which can be accessed from hotel around 1 Hour to Telletubies Hills with breathtaking Sentani Lake view from above, also you can do trekking going up to the Hills. Besides you can also see the historical USA few years ago. I also got chance to go around 2 Hours by car to see border of Papua New Guinea, where you can see beautiful Beach and Landscape from above. Of course when you go to Jayapura, Most people wanted to see the tribes at Wamena area. Most famous are Dani Tribe and Bailem Tribe where you can see the tradisional Bailem festival which always fall on August. This is need to access by staying in Wamena area and the hotel can assist to arrange all your travel plan and any excursion. I left my heart in this City for the nature and culture, so beautiful and unbelieveable with the local people who can bring you good memory. The Hospitality service from all Teams start from Security to Front Office, Restaurant, Housekeeping all of them are trully have their passion. I would highly recommended to stay at Swiss-Belhotel Jayapura, Papua, the Best good Quality Products and Services in town. Will be back soon for my holiday with my son and Friends. I'm so glad I stayed with Swiss Bell Papua. Worth of travel after long routes and transiting in few airports. If you travel to Papua for the first time try to stay here, view absolutely wonderful Indonesia showing from Grand deluxe balcony. Housekeeping is amazing with talented towels decorating on our arrival. My family was surprised with those little touches. Receptionist team are wonderful in professional manners. I have been asked by a few friends after I posted on my Facebook of my trip and they are making on their Bucket list for next holiday. Definitely Will come back

During my stay of approximately 25 days at Swiss Bell Hotel Jayapura, I was truly impressed by the service provided by this four-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff (ranging from the receptionists and bell boys to the housekeeping and restaurant staff) were exceptionally friendly, polite, and informative. The room I stayed in was always clean and equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a delightful variety of options, from local dishes like papeda to international cuisine. The Papua coffee served was also delicious. The hotel’s location is very strategic, situated in the heart of Jayapura's business district, which adds to the sense of security and comfort. I am especially grateful for the complimentary laundry service and the upgrade to a Deluxe Room with a stunning sea view. My experience here truly made the hotel feel like a "home away from home." Two thumbs up for the outstanding service, particularly to the Director of Sales, Miss Arry S. Ekaningsih, for her special attention.

The service was excellent, all crew members are very helpfull… Amazing experience.. The food was very delicious.. all the environment are very clean and tidy.. the interior of the hotel is beautifull.. and not to mention, the sea view from the hotel is majestic..

The room is spacious, with warking table and sofa, bed is comfy! The service is Good, everyone is so friendly! Live it when they greet me by name. The view is breathtaking. Facilities are good, they have gym and pool as well! Spent about 4 night here, will surely back!

The hotel has a nice view.... The hotel staffs are also great with visitors..... They gave me a birthday surprise..... It was very sweet and thoughtful..... There is a free shuttle to go back and forth to Jayapura Mall so it is convenient....

Excellent service from the staff especially Front Office team, very warm welcoming and fast check in process, they help me with a lot of information that I need it during my stay. The hotel is clean and the room ambiance was delightful, the bed are comfotable. but what will make me comeback on the future is the service from the staff. well done!
