The front desk staff were excellent! The room was small, but we were not in the room a lot, so it was ok. The internet was great. Everything was clean and neat.
I would have used the exercise room had it been available.

The female desk staff person when I arrived was rude. Not friendly at all.
The breakfast was minimal. No tea. Only fresh food only bananas.

Clean hotel.
I got in late. Asked for a late check out. Check out time is at 11. I was packing up and heard a knock at the door. It was someone from the front desk reminding me check out was at 11…..it was 11:02.

Although this property was nice, it wasn’t for any convenience. I like my amenities in the room. We had to go borrow an iron and ironing board, there were no closets, no hangers. I enjoy unpacking, but I could not. There was no coffee pot in the room and the breakfast was not allowed in your room.

The property wasn’t the best or worst. I feel like it just need to be remodeled. The rooms were clean. There was a lizard on the wall & a worm looking insect in the bathroom. Kind of country area if you will.

The bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were both spacious. Just wish they had a bench in shower for the accessible room that was reserved. The breakfast was good as well. Staff was polite and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Checking in and checking out were completely done well. The night worker that came to mop and be assistance to guests was excellent. She only stayed for night work. By early a.m. another worker came in for night shift. This worker did not answer the phone at 11:30 at night the first night as I was requesting a wake up call to get to hospital in time. The next night after the excellent worker was gone, I called to get wake up call for 7 a.m. the next day. She said of course I will do that. I said, "Good ! I really need to get up at that time." But, she did not call me for my wake up call which messed up my time for medical assistance.
