Regency Inn & Suites - Baytown

The property had roaches in the room. It was hard to reach someone at the front desk and it’s a bunch of cats that hang around the parking lot. The breakfast was horrible

I stood in this place for 10 days. Definitely was very quiet once in a while. You hear some noises, but that's expected on a busy area. Staff was very nice. Friendly and cyes housekeeping is very, very good. Check out was very easy. I will definitely repeat my visit

There was gunshot noises in the beginning of my stay the cabinet was broken also bed sheet had cigarette holes and the pictures online are false.Also the service clerk was very rude and disrespectful to my son while I was in the bathroom . If you have kids do not stay here very unsafe and dirty

Front deck people was really nice absolutely about everything need help go to them and they have you taken care of right away

Very unprofessional host at the front desk!!!! We felt like we were being watched while we stayed there making us feel very uncomfortable. To add to the unpleasant stay we sent our daughter to ask to switch the towels out for clean ones and she told her that they didnt have any and would get us clean ones in the Morning, unacceptable how were we suppose to shower up without clean towels!!! Not a pleasant stay!!!!

The room was decent and the staff were unsatisfactory

The front desk people are very unprofessional and not so polite to their clientele. Asking for certian request are denied without a second thought. They came up with an excuse that they don't have it or they will not do anything to ensure that they can accommodate your certian criterias. That if you are handicapped they don't care they will tell you that your on the upper floors wothout a way to access those levels. If you do not like where they put you at, you can go somewhere else to stay. This came from the guy that worked on Friday the 23rd. Decided that he didn't care what I had to say. I asked for bottled water. He says the water's off. I asked to be on the 1st floor he says that hes not gonna do it. I asked him to be closer to the pool he didn't have anything but I have watched multiple rooms, while my stay was the whole weekend. The same rooms that would have been available stayed vacant the entire time and gave nothing to me to try to reason to why I couldn't get the rooms, that I was requested, due to my prosthetic leg. I would say they rank a 3 out of 10 on professionalism, politeness, and courtesy with all 3, being down with the very utmost disrespect. Asked for 2 key cards and was denied. In his own words. "One room, one card." Checking out was also a issues of no customer service qualities. Said ilI wanted to check out and the lady said i could of just left the card and didnt have to call her out if her office. I wanted a receipt for my stay.
