The front desk people are very unprofessional and not so polite to their clientele. Asking for certian request are denied without a second thought. They came up with an excuse that they don't have it or they will not do anything to ensure that they can accommodate your certian criterias. That if you are handicapped they don't care they will tell you that your on the upper floors wothout a way to access those levels. If you do not like where they put you at, you can go somewhere else to stay. This came from the guy that worked on Friday the 23rd. Decided that he didn't care what I had to say. I asked for bottled water. He says the water's off. I asked to be on the 1st floor he says that hes not gonna do it. I asked him to be closer to the pool he didn't have anything but I have watched multiple rooms, while my stay was the whole weekend. The same rooms that would have been available stayed vacant the entire time and gave nothing to me to try to reason to why I couldn't get the rooms, that I was requested, due to my prosthetic leg. I would say they rank a 3 out of 10 on professionalism, politeness, and courtesy with all 3, being down with the very utmost disrespect. Asked for 2 key cards and was denied. In his own words. "One room, one card." Checking out was also a issues of no customer service qualities. Said ilI wanted to check out and the lady said i could of just left the card and didnt have to call her out if her office. I wanted a receipt for my stay.
