YYUXIALiving in a family room, a big bed, a small bed, a sofa bed, the room is small, the facilities are relatively simple, there is a small swimming pool outside, good night in the middle of the night, there is reception, 30 minutes walk from the city about.

GGuest UserThe manager of the property is friendly and welcoming. The apartment is spacious.
However, I have to say the apartment is bit of disappointing. I understand the weather during the time is humid and wet due to raining. But there is cockroaches in the bedroom and ants on the bed. So maybe need to do some pest control before opening to guest? Also the room is not bright and is bit dark all the time. Moreover the bed sheets is bit of dirty as well. Toilet is clean which not an issue, but it is bit old and wardrobe is old as some places is broken need to upgrade or fix. Usually because we have kids, even it is not 5 star hotel or anything but at least I think clean and tidy is the very important thing for the accommodation.
It is also bit of misleading on the advertisement because overall I do not think it should count as 4 star apartment OR it needs to put the correct photos for which room is related to.
Also, this is not the walking distance to the city central and you need to have a car for more convenience otherwise you need to take taxi or other transport; so please be aware of.

GGuest UserThe facilities are too poor. I live on the first floor and found that the blinds were not closed tightly at night, so all the light leaked in. The lights in the yard were so bright that I couldn't sleep all night.

KKat OThe building is a little older but the staff do their best to keep it clean and tidy. We informed Mr Mike Scott of our room aircon condition and he immediately helped us to check and changed to another room #17 for us. Thank you so much. The accommodation provides everything that you will need for a family holidays from the pool, complete kitchen, to the laundry facilities. It is very convenient and accessible to all places via DiDi, Uber and public buses. Thank you Mr Mike Scott and team!

The room is quite big, less than 30 square meters, and the price-performance ratio is relatively high. The hotel before arrival Through my customer service, I informed the key pick-up code and the code of the hotel door, because the hotel door is locked after 0:00 to 5:30 in the morning, but I have to leave early because of the early flight. Let me talk about the advantages firstly: it is close to the beach, only a few minutes walk, you can walk, no beach, and the sea water is cloudy. Walk to the city center for about half an hour and there are buses.
Besides the disadvantages: the hotel is old, the Wi-Fi signal is often not available, the room is crammed, the kitchen operation table is next to the bed, and you have to be very careful when washing. There was also a striking warning-1,000 fines for triggering a smoke alarm. The swimming pool downstairs was completely unused, with leaves and unknown objects floating in it.
The most frustrating thing is that the ants on the wall are all in the tea cup after returning for a while. At night I crawled into my neck!
Will not go again.
