Went for an event men’s room in the hall area never got new paper towels even after asking 5 times. Place has supposedly sold, new owners not there yet and old ones don’t care any more. Never got a final bill just money missing from my account.

Good location and great breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. Only problem we had was our carpet was wet from a leaky air conditioner unit. They offered to move us to a different room but we were all unpacked and our toddler was asleep for his nap. Since we were leaving for most of the night and taking off early the next morning, we stayed put. The room also smelled (probably from the wet carpet) and TV didn’t work.

There were dead bugs in the bathroom in our room. The beds are too high, if you’re short you can’t even sit on the edge. Although they were very nice, breakfast staff wasn’t prepared for the amount of people there for the weekend, and buffet was empty often. The man working the desk when we checked in and out was not welcoming or friendly. We will not stay here again

Very convenient and comfortable hotel. It is in need of some minor maintenance however I recommend it. The staff is very friendly and our room was quiet. With a few upgrades this would be a five star hotel. Close to major highways and dining establishments.

I stayed in room 210, room 212 had a lady with a medium sized dog staying in it. The lady left the dog in the room all day while she went to work. While she was gone the dog barked constantly. The first day it was only mildly annoying because I was out most of the day. I mention the dog barking and the TV over half the channels didn’t work. The desk clerk did nothing about either. Day two I got finished with my business early and went to my room to catch a nap. Couldn’t nap because dog barking constantly! Called the front desk, they said they knew the lady was out, but they could move me. I didn’t want to pack my stuff and move, I wanted a nap. Finally about 7:00 pm the lady returned and moved rooms, I guess to annoy someone else. When I pay $150 a night for a room I expect peace and quiet, to work or sleep. If Holiday Inn is going rent rooms out as kennels, for people to leave dogs all day, I won’t be staying there anymore. I love dogs, people traveling with a dog is great. People leaving a dog in a room all day while they go to work, is a kennel, not a hotel.

Got the cheaper price on Priceline and the lady at the front desk was short and very rude to us. I assume because we booked through Priceline instead of through the hotel. I just assume that people working at the front desk should have hospitality skills and are welcoming, kind and friendly to their guests. Very disappointing because the facility is nicely updated and may not be too bad. First impression when you walk in and drop 130$ should be someone welcoming you after a very long day on the road, with a smile on their face.
