Breakfast shows the quality of the Hotel overall; A 4 stars hotel should be much much better.! Overrated price for what it is. Paying and being very disappointed makes a client don’t return for sure.!

Nice place well located and near the sea. Easy to go by walk at Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. The property is really calm and the staff is very pleasant. The breakfast is a good quality and can be taken early in the morning from 5 am.

Had a very pleasant stay there, cozy room, friendly and helpful staff who gave us a warm welcome, quiet but nice neighborhood with some shops and restaurants, short bus or train trip to both Nice and Monaco easily possible.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Loved the small bar area and the outdoor patio tables. Walking distance to town which was a big plus for us.

The Carlton is a traditional hotel which retains its old world charm. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Location is quiet and handy for both the town centre and the beach. This is our second visit - rooms are good with either pool or mountain views.

A very clean hotel with good sized rooms and excellent friendly service. Only downside was one of the other English guests. A middle-aged guy on holiday with his family who insisted on listening to radio programmes on his phone with no ear plugs and not consideration for others - nothing the hotel could have done about him.

Great location with a train station within a 5 min walk & beach also within a 5 min walk. Many great restaurants at various price ranges nearby. The hotel room & bathroom were large and very clean. The bed was super comfortable & cozy. Air conditioning was great. The pool area was lovely but did have a bit of noise at certain times from the youth center next door. The hotel offers breakfast for an extra charge. There is a really good boulangerie/patisserie within a 5 min walk, L'Atelier des Anges.

only 3 min walk to beautiful beach, train station, and great restaurants, very nice pool area.
