Close to everything! They had a slight mix up with our reservation but fixed it right away with no issues. Nice breakfast in the morning.

Very comfortable and quiet rooms, queen and two single beds for family with teenagers is always more comfortable than the fold out couch option, so we were very happy. Location is great with 3 min walk to centre of town. Secure parking is a bonus as well. Breakfast nice with something for everyone.

Overnight stop. Nice, welcoming staff and great room although smaller than I'd imagined. I was led to believe the parking provided would be free but that wasn't the case.

We were dissapointed that there were a lot of building materials laying around the outside the hotel. Our room was big and clean but there was no lights on the 3rd floor landing were the room was. I found it rather sloppy as it was difficult to open room door, had to use torch on the mobile to touch electronic lock properly.
Perhaps there should be a message on the listing that the hotel is undergoing building work.

The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay.
I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter suggested to refund me of my prepaid hotel charges and go find other hotels in Beaune, but I knew it was very little vacancy during long weekend holidays in France. I had no option but keep staying in.
Hotel also does not provide kettle and tissue paper.
