Very disappointed as an experience. Bath works poorly. Not clean. Stupid staff. Not welcoming. I recommend welcoming reception. It makes no sense. I called the owner, he doesn't seem to care. I recommend that no one go there..

When I made my reservation, I wrote to the hotel that I wanted a clean and noise-free room. I had a very noisy evening, night and morning in the room she gave me. I told reception about it, she squeezed me in to respond to other guests. When I saw that she was putting the others before me, I left. If you want to hear, I made videos!!!

I stayed at this hotel during my short vacation and it was perfect for what I needed and affordable. Clean, welcoming and well located for activities in the Quebec region. I'll go back there for sure.

This hotel is very well located, just a few km from Old Quebec. We enjoyed the city's attractions, museums and shopping centers. as well as the Hotel swimming pool. Our teens loved it!!!!! We come from Saguenay. Thanks to the staff!!!!

Nice location, we took the motel section. Very clean, modern and affordable room. The welcome is great! There's a little catch! we went there on February 4-5, 2023 and unfortunately the heating was faulty. We would have appreciated if the receptionist had informed us.

Very small room...but clean.sometimes noisy even in the middle of the night..I wouldn't go back there again..Very small parking lot.I only spent one night,,I have no further comments that might be useful as we arrived at dark.

If you book at this location, before leaving make sure to tour the room with an employee otherwise you risk ending up with an increased bill of $60 or more for the theft of an item that you do not have committed! It will be your word against theirs...

Nous avions réservé pour profiter de la piscine intérieure vu la chaleur accablante, mais n avons pas pu en profiter , l eau était tellement froide, les gens qui étaient présents étaient aussi déçu que nous. Donc terminé pour nous cet hôtel.

Chambre petite, salle de bain encore plus petite mais la chose dramatique est l’insonorisation nulle…. Semaine de relache, beaucoup de familles avec enfants…. Mais dramatique est ecouter marcher en dessus de votre chambre et avoir peur par le bruit vraiment grand que celui qui marche sur votre tete puisse tomber…. On se plaint a’ la reception et la reponse est… “dans la salle de Bain bois avez les bouchons pour les oreilles “… deja prevu auparavant…. A’ propos… des que vous arrivez on vous bloque 100 dollars en caution Mais quand vous repartez…. Ca depend des banques pour les temps necessaries pour reavoir les 100 dollars credites… Premiere et absolument derniere fois que vous allez me voir…
