Достаточно удобное расположение, мебель не старая, но диваны немного неудобные для спанья и на не хватило одеял. Красивый вид с балкона на первом этаже. Хозяин отзывчивый и всегда на связи. Парковать машину можно на улице недалеко от квартиры. Большой минус в сигнале вайфая - ловит только на кухне и в туалете. Для нас это было важно.
