Overall clean hotel with very convienent location. Breakfast choices were a bit limted to prepackaged items. Also, the room was not too great. Matrices need replacement, just awful. Shower head height was made for a 4 foot child or handicapped person, it could not be adjusted up for an adult. Water pressure terrible. This is a popular hotel location so be prepared for parking challenges.

Property was exactly as described, was very easy check in, and very comfortable for me and my pup for the night. Lots of options for a quick easy dinner, and breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Would stay here again.

Room not thoroughly cleaned. Had to request new room, that room was dirty too but not as bad so we kept it. Found ants and bed bugs. Have photos.

We stayed in 262 which is a King Suite. Our air conditioners didn’t work, our coffee pot was left dirty, there was dumpsters outside of our window and because our ac’s didn’t work we had them opened all night and people kept throwing big heavy things in the dumpsters for the majority of the night. Our bed was comfy but the pillows were terrible. We politely let the front desk worker know of our issues this morning at checkout and she didn’t seem to care. Unfriendly staff and poor stay.

Checked into our room and it was not clean. Toilet was clogged with urine, feces, and toilet paper. Asst. Manager unclogged toilet and cleaned bathroom. The room had no heat as the thermostat was broken off the wall. We were moved to an upgraded room.

Overall a very good value. Hard working team at the front desk - eager to please. They found our lost items!! Good housekeeping. The heater in the room was effective.

Rooms were average. We had to move rooms cause they put us in a pet room which was (understandably) less than ideal - no carpet, walls a little dirty etc…
Manager didn’t hesitate to move us and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you!
Breakfast was ok. Staff was doing a great job keeping up with the mass of people all trying to eat at once. Wish they had more options but for an included hot breakfast it was fine.
Also not a huge fan of staff smoking outside an establishment’s front entrance, just not a great impression; we saw this several times entering and leaving the property.
Overall it’s a good property with lots of essentials around. We went to Winterplace during our stay and it’s only 15-20 mins depending on I-77 traffic.
