"We had an excellent stay at this bread and breakfast. The host met us on arrival and explained where everything was and how breakfast was managed in the mornings. We were asked to preselect our breakfast before that evening to ensure that when we arrived in the dining room for breakfast it would be ready for us.
The room was a very good size bigger than expected with high quality bedding. Linen and towels rooms were well decorated and came with a fridge, tea and coffee, making facilities and a good size ensuite with a superb rainfall shower.
The location was excellent for Whitby with everything being a 10-12 minute walk except for the abbey which was about a 15-minute walk. The open top tour bus stops at the top of crescent avenue opposite the garage which was very convenient.
Over a wall would highly recommend."
