Premier Inn Bedford Town Centre

I just wanted to thank an amazing Kemi who helped us in the middle of the night when our flight was delayed and the trains were canceled! We could not get to Nottingham in time, so she helped to find us a room that was so much needed in the middle of the night with no trains running!

In a great position with easy access to entertainment and facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast great as usual, other food and beverage facilities a little disapointing, but there are plenty of options in close proximity.

We neded somewhere reliable for an overnight stay and Premier Inn was suitable and convenient for getting to our appointment the following morning. The room was basic but very clean. The down side for us was one pillow each and no spares in the room. Also we discovered that the following morning that only one large towel had been provided. The booking was quite clearly for 2 people and made in advance so that was irritating

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is located by the river in town and is close to all amenities that bedford has to offer. I will not hesitate to stay here again

Always clean, fantastic view of the river form the restaurant. I have stayed at this hotel four times and Mandy in the restaurant is always happy, friendly and efficient— a real asset to this hotel. The only downside is that there is no on-site parking but there is a multi-storey opposite.

You only book a premier inn because you know what to expect, and usually they are fine. However this has to be worst of the chain. I booked a meal deal and was told they had a limited menu. Even though the restaurant was empty I still waited an hour for the main course. The rooms have no usb charge points. Bath has no plug. Ultimate Wi-Fi is poor. Premier inn have really disappointed me and I’ll think twice before booking again. I woul d complain directly, but there’s no staff to be seen and the website has no option to comment. They will probably Blame covid for the poor service Don’t book this hotel.

The staff were all incredibly kind and friendly and nothing was too much trouble during my stay. I had to extend my stay almost at the last minute due to train strikes and the team could not have been more accommodating to my needs. They also allowed me to work from the hotel and made sure I knew where everything was and that I could call on them if needed. Room was clean and tidy and bed, as always, very comfortable. Would happily stay again, especially based on the great location.

Had another wonderful stay recently. Really warm hearted, kind staff, super comfortable room which was absolutely spotless and everything worked. The hotel is quiet and so I got a great sleep both nights. I love the fact that breakfast starts at 06:30 meaning i can have breakfast and commute into London on time

Great location. Brilliant price. Very acceptable, comfy room. Easy to book/check-in and check-out. The lady on the check-in desk was warm and friendly and seemed to genuinely care that people had a good stay.
