We have been here a week now and it seems like the price keeps going up it's not like others we have stayed at where the price goes down a little bit

There were a lot of sketchy people hanging around and the lady at the front desk was very rude and on her phone the whole time until she was ready to get up and check me in.

The office personnel was attentive but the property was horrible. I had to sleep in my clothes on top the spread with my coat to cover me. Filthy bathroom and no cups for water. Non smoking room reeked of smoke and overall condition of room was horrible.

Check in was 3:00. We arrived at 3:15 and were told our room wasn’t clean and it would be 3:45 before we could check in. At 4:00 we finally got keys but the room still wasn’t ready. We went to the room and waited outside the room watching the person “clean” for the next 30 minutes. We finally got in and the room stunk like stale smoke. The room was horrible. Stuff on walls we didn’t want to know about and hair on the floor. The whole room should be gutted. In the middle of the night, roaches appeared in the bathroom when we turned the light on, which made it very hard to sleep the rest of the night. And more appeared the next morning as we hurried to get out of the room as soon as possible. We wiped up water on the floor and discovered the floors were filthy black. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I’m not sure how it is rated 6/10.

front desk gave me a room key that doesn't work. The hotel handy offered to open and close the door for me in case I need to get in and out of the room. Multiple couples came back after they paid for one queen/King size bed. The front provided separate beds, but the office replied that these options are not available and refuse to reimburse.

$100 deposit and back to me after checkout 2-5 days ...The is sucksss!!!....The room It smells like urine

You will get charged an extra 100 deposit when you show up and check in to make sure you don’t check out after 11am

Never got my room cleaned. The door wouldn’t allow us to lock it for extra protection. The shower would t drain there was mold in the fridge. And when we first got there there was a stains on our sheets over all the room was not clean

When I checked in they advised that there was $100 deposit required in addition to thVe room fees that I already paid in advance. The first room assigned reeked of cigarette smoke, unclean and no shower curtain. I went to back to the front desk to report and get another room. They assigned me to another room. Upon later inspection, the room was very unclean, hairs all over the bathroom floor. My wife was very upset and as a result of this visit will be reluctant to use any hotels in the future.
