整體還算可以，性價比還不錯，選擇原因：便宜+離公交站近+離石螺口（步行3分鐘）和滴水丹屏近），附近有很多吃的，也有租電動車的（租車50元）和便利店。

優點：該民宿位置不錯，距石螺口景區很近，可以步行去看海上日出日落。房間有一個小陽台，通風舒適，衞生也可以。
缺點：老闆沒有契約精神，我們在攜程上訂了房，到店後考慮到潿洲島玩一天時間不夠，又與老闆談好按攜程上的價格再續訂一晚，並且把房錢付給了老闆，結果遊玩回店後接到老闆電話，説：因為接單太多，沒有房間了，要退錢給我們。我們不同意退款，在多次與老闆溝通後，老闆提出每間房需加價50元，我們衹能交錢了事。這事給我的教訓是：千萬不要在老闆處交錢訂房，一定要在攜程上訂。
