房間和圖片不一樣。衞生間太小了，洗澡不方便。枕套起球。吹風機是壞的，沒法用。價格不貴，但其他的一言難盡

就這麼説，服務挺好，不是酒店類別就是個單身公寓，位置挺好，體驗感不好！單身公寓的綜合物業註定了讓很多的服務力不從心，首先電梯是個垃圾，大年三十2部電梯壞了一部，從20多層想下去，沒有半小時輪不到。一層平均8個房間，30多層一個單元，真的要命！住了2晚，提前把行李諾寶，避免第二天連電梯都上不去，我們北方人三十要吃餃子，大半夜的時候煤氣不管用了，刷牙都是冷水，第二天才知道，沒繳費要掃碼付費才會有煤氣，為了不破壞風水真不想罵人！房間挺大，格局位置也不錯，物業太差，連房東都在抱怨！公寓二期像爛尾樓一樣在那放着，北海整體體驗感不好，希望老闆生意興隆，服務還是很熱情很耐心的！

地理位置比較複雜，出入要記清來回路線，尤其開車的小夥伴，出入第一次都迷路了。它的優勢是面朝大海，對面馬路就是海灘，廁所反味比較厲害，浴缸在陽台，跟廁所分開的。而且我們訂的時候價錢也不便宜，後來降價了，性價比不高。

對這個酒店很滿意房間也很乾凈乾淨整潔，房間樓下就是金灘，推開窗子就是一個小陽台能看到一線海景
，出門打車也方便，房東也很好喔推薦來北海的朋友住。

第一次住公寓，衞生太差了，最讓人受不了的是枕頭一股汗味，枕頭裡麪全是汗跡斑斑，除了衞生其它都不錯

公寓設施比較陳舊，衞生間小，被子有點黴味，空調聲音有點大，隔音不好晚上猜碼聲不斷，老闆娘服務態度還可以。
