The room is wide enough, affordable, the balcony can see the sea, refrigerator, washing machine, dining table and chairs, hair dryer, the sanitary environment needs to be improved, the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, the smell of smoke left by the last guest is stuck with a smell that has been continued, the kitchen wash basin has left the last guest with less meat and peppers. The ashtray was also thrown there, not cleaned up.

100% real experience: The location of the homestay is very close to the beach, but unfortunately the beach and sea water in this area are dirty. I booked a homestay for three days during the 11th holiday. The room facilities were old at first, and the password lock was rotten. I gave an old-fashioned mechanical key. I felt inconvenient at the time. I couldn’t stand the customer service of the homestay. I also felt that the impact was not great. I accepted it. Who knows that the next day I took the key out and was told that I couldn't do sanitation, because I had this key! The customer service was a fool again and did not compromise this time, and finally complained to Trip.com to change the room. I didn’t expect that there were more strange things coming again. I came back from playing the next day and found that no one came to do sanitation. The hotel’s own express text promised that “the room cleaning time is about 10-12,” but the customer service was holding his neck and said that it was done at night and said that it would be done in 3～ 5 minutes. The answer to Ctrip said that it was because the guests forgot to arrange it? ! The price of the holiday room rate has doubled several times, and I dare not expect the service to improve, but the discount is really not right. PS: Trip.com customer service lady coordination and problem solving ability are very strong, reliable.
