Atour Properties in Beijing

I forgot to take photos of the hotel and the room, but I managed to snap a few exterior shots while waiting for my train. The surroundings are really quiet and peaceful, which is perfect for someone like me who dislikes noise. Most importantly, this is the cleanest hotel I've stayed at during my business trip these past few days 😂. Otherwise, I would have a terrible impression of Beijing. I previously stayed at a 1000-yuan hotel that was absolutely filthy.

This hotel, nestled in a *hutong* (alleyway), is easily accessible by car right to its entrance. It boasts a large courtyard for parking. The rooms themselves evoke a classic, Old Beijing charm, feeling clean and tranquil with comfortable bedding. The service is meticulous. It's an Atour hotel with an excellent location in a *hutong*, close to major attractions and very convenient for getting around. A top choice for accommodation when visiting Beijing.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean, and the service was excellent. It's super close to the subway station, just about a five to six-minute walk. Plus, deliveries from outside can be quickly brought to your room by a robot, which is very convenient.

Location is really very good. It's literally just a couple of steps from the subway. But I chose to use the didi everywhere. The location is near Sanlitun Taikooli shopping area but there are no convenient stores nearby. The service of the staff is excellent. BUT I did not find it acceptable that my room was still not ready at 7pm when check in is supposed to be at 3pm. The staff were very kind and polite to offer me complimentary breakfast as an apology but after a long flight, a ready and clean room was paramount. They did give me another room in the meantime but I didn't manage to use it as my room was finally ready. However, there was a bug on the white sheets, and the floor was still damp which should have been dried before the guest enters. I also ordered breakfast to be self collected at 730pm. I expected breakfast to be pickup and go, but had to still wait about 10 mins as it was only packed when I reached the front desk at 730am. Sigh. Is it a good and comfortable stay? Yes. Would I come back again? Probably not, but only because I prefer the WangFuJing area.

Facilities: Decent, no elevator but staff helps with luggage. Cleanliness: Giving a good rating, but the cleanliness was just okay, with mold on the ceiling. Environment: Located above a food court, so plenty of dining options. Close to Hyatt Regency Wangjing. Service: Check-in was slow, but I'm giving a good rating because they helped with luggage. They upgraded me to a cleaner room at 2 PM, I guess.

Staying at Atour Hotel was a really good experience. When I first arrived at the hotel, the warm lighting and carefully placed green plants in the lobby gave me a very relaxing feeling. The staff came up to me immediately, not only quickly checked me in, but also handed me a cup of steaming hot tea, which instantly dissipated my travel fatigue. Walking into the room, the layout is reasonable and spacious, the bed is big and soft, like being wrapped in clouds, and I fell asleep as soon as I touched the bed. There is also free Wi-Fi and plenty of sockets in the room, which is very friendly to people like me who can't put down electronic products. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are particularly easy to use and of excellent quality. The hotel has rich supporting facilities, and the gym equipment fully meets the needs of fitness enthusiasts like me. The ”Zhuju” book bar is full of books, and I also borrowed a novel to read before going to bed. The self-service laundry room is also very convenient, with complete washing and drying equipment, and several types of laundry detergents to choose from. The breakfast gave me a surprise, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western meals, as well as local specialties. The breakfast area is bright and clean, and the dining mood is particularly comfortable. At 9:30 pm, there is also a free midnight snack, millet porridge with pickles, which warms the body and heart. In terms of service, the staff is warm and thoughtful throughout the whole process, and can respond quickly to any needs. This Yaduo Hotel is impeccable from the environment to the service, from the facilities to the details. Whether I am on a business trip or traveling in the future, I will choose it first!

From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly comfortable. The common areas and guest rooms were spotless, and the toiletries were complete and clean. The front desk staff were warm and patient, making check-in and check-out quick and smooth. Room service was prompt in responding to requests. Overall, my experience was fantastic!

This hotel was conveniently close to the exam center for my child's college entrance exam. The parking lot is quite spacious, and the bedding was excellent, as always. The breakfast was good, and while the restaurant isn't large, it offers both Chinese and Western options. They also have two cats, which really helped alleviate some of my child's pre-exam stress. All the front desk staff were great. They even offer congee at night, which is a big plus!

Stayed here again! Great service and a lovely environment. They even gave me a free room upgrade. The Atour bedding is incredibly comfortable; I'm seriously considering getting a set for my own home. The bathroom amenities are also fantastic – the showerhead has a really soft, dense spray and is surprisingly lightweight to hold. I'd love to have one of those at home too! I grabbed a bunch of snacks from the cleaning aunties in the hallway, and I've gotten quite familiar with the front desk staff here, haha! 🤭

The room environment is very good, the breakfast is rich, and the service is very warm. It is a good stay experience. Next time I come to Yizhuang, I will book a room here.
