It was snowing heavily during the business trip, and the receptionist upon arrival was as enthusiastic as ever. The service at the luggage counter was very professional and efficient. The room attendant, Ms. Li Ruimei, made you feel at home and very considerate during your stay. She proactively provided a humidifier and greeted her warmly every day. Ms. Mei and Harry, the fitness instructor at the gym, were also very kind and proactively provided water and towels for use. The room service was very It’s fast and delicious. The dishes at Hongxuan Chinese Restaurant are also very in line with the taste. The overall experience is very comfortable. The room is clean, there is no odor and the corners are cleaned very carefully! I will continue to stay in Zhongguancun next time I come back. Highly recommended!

Spacious room, located in the same area as a couple of other hotels. There are restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy across the road from the hotel. Location was good for my work trip, but the rooms, despite of it being tagged as ”non-smoking” smell as though they are smoking rooms at times. Sewage pipes are a couple of other things in the bathroom probably need to be addressed as well (rain shower had some issues). The breakfast buffet spread was fantastic. Definitely worth adding to your stay if you are on the fence.

This time, the experience has plummeted during the holidays. Every time I went there, the room was prepared in advance, and the room was decorated with children's equipment and upgraded. It’s understandable not to give these during the holidays. Let’s talk about the situation this time. I took the elderly and children and booked two rooms. We went to the hotel at around 12 noon to wait for the rooms to be packed, one at 2:30 and the other at around 4:00. While waiting, the children participated in activities and signed up for the 160 afternoon care activities. The elderly could only sit in the lobby and wait. After dinner, we went to soak in the hot springs at 7 o'clock. The open-air journey from the hotel to the hot springs was not very friendly on a winter night. In addition, the lights in the hot springs were too dark at night, so it was easy to get empty in the pool. The breakfast is indeed of limited quality, and the previous buffet dinner was not highly rated. The summary is, don’t catch up on holidays. Overall, 5 points, and only 3 points for holidays.
