This hotel, also directly managed by Hilton, is conveniently located right opposite Beijing West Railway Station. It's quite easy to get here from Daxing Airport; you can take the subway directly to Caoqiao Station and it's a short hop from there.

An absolutely amazing hotel!!! It's right near Baiyun Temple, and I spent a long time choosing it. The hotel rooms are cozy, and the overall decor creates a fantastic ambiance. The lighting is just right, making you feel relaxed, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. I have back problems, so I can tell immediately if a bed is good or not. After a day of sightseeing, the fatigue just melts away once you lie down. The cleanliness is spotless, and the service is exceptionally good!!! The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel is clean and tidy, with no strange odors. The rooms are cozy and spacious, the hotel's location is excellent, and the room rates are very affordable – great value for money! What really stands out is their service-oriented mindset. The next day, I was at the coffee shop downstairs of another Hampton by Hilton for a meeting. When I asked for a bottle of water at their front desk, the attitude was incredibly poor. Later, my friend dropped me back at Huicheng, and I was thirsty again and asked for water. The front desk here was wonderful; they immediately gave me two bottles without a word. They didn't even ask for my room number, which was fantastic! I absolutely have to give them a big thumbs-up! I didn't just get a comfortable and pleasant stay, but also a taste of real life here. Superb! Five stars!

This was the worst stay I've ever had for a hotel in the same category and price range, hands down! It's no different from a regular budget hotel. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator upon arriving in Beijing, I was shocked. The public corridor carpet was absolutely filthy. When I opened the room door, the floor was blackened and sticky, and the wallpaper was dark and moldy. I tried to tolerate all that, but I couldn't even sleep at night. The window must have never been opened because there were so many mosquitoes – I killed at least 10 in two days! The mosquito repellent provided in the room had no effect whatsoever. And to top it off, there was an old takeaway box left in the fridge, I have no idea from whom! The bathroom details were just unwatchable. I also want to ask Ctrip directly how they can classify this place as a 'high-end' hotel!
