My stay was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and very responsible. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they even offered to help with my luggage to the room. The service was thoughtful and attentive, making me feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

did not have much picture of the room but if you see other people's reviews, thats the exact similar one. the hotel change or bind to mercure hotel. so dont get confused. the room is abit old, but comfortable. the breakfast also varies and nice. the toilet is abit cramped. not recommended if you have baby because they dont have baby cot

First off, despite the name being 'Citadines,' I actually stayed at a Mercure. It's a classic bait-and-switch! The hotel, opened in 2019, has a really outdated design. The entire room layout felt very strange! The washing machine is directly under the microwave, and you constantly bump your head on the light fixture. The TV faces the bed instead of the living room sofa, which just isn't practical for daily living. The fridge also had a strange odor, and the air conditioning was centrally controlled for the entire area, meaning no AC on the first night—just a fan. For this price point, I definitely won't be staying here again!

Location does not have metro nearby. Car entrance always blocked. Shower unit was bad and gave little cold water, staff did not want to repair until I complained seriously. Breakfast is good Room always smell somebody smoking. Safe is not anchored.Bed is really good, but light not working until complained twice to fix. Overall, need to complain seriously to get proper service... That's bad for a service apartment. I stayed a week so I had the time to complain....

Clean space, convenient to do laundry, as well as heating food. There’s daily housekeeping as well. The area is quiet and there are lots of convenience store around the area. Th staff is very accommodating. This will be our go-to place in Beijing for sure!
