Ren Nixing Hotel (Beijing South Railway Station Tiantan South Gate)

This place was absolutely depressing and, quite frankly, disgusting. The room was filthy, there were bugs everywhere, stains all over the walls, and basic cleanliness seemed to be completely nonexistent. The air conditioner was an absolute health hazard — packed with mold, dust, and who knows what else. I genuinely have no idea how this is considered acceptable accommodation. And then there was the owner. Rude, hostile, completely unprofessional, and clearly incapable of treating guests with even the slightest amount of respect. His attitude made an already terrible experience even worse. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, especially European travelers who expect basic hygiene, cleanliness, and professional treatment. Honestly, the only good part of the entire stay was checking out. Save yourself the trouble, the money, and potentially your health. Stay somewhere else.

This hotel is very comfortable, we loved the bed, huge TV & all the amenities provided. Also amazing location: Metro station and 7eleven 5 minutes away, Bus station just in front of. Also supermarket, & McDonalds 7 minutes away. PS: the receptionist lady was very nice ＜3

Very pleasant stay here. The front desk lady was very helpful and informative.

The hotel looks nice and the reception area was comfortable with water, tables and seating at disposition. The staff doesn’t speak English (at all) but we had no issue using a translator to communicate and they showed us the way to the room. The major issue was the smell of smoke is the room even though it’s written no smoking (we saw someone smoking inside the elevator). I would recommend you check the “smock treatment” offered by trip.com when booking. The location is nice but everything is 45min or 1h away (the map makes it look closer than it is to the main attractions). But very convenient to go from Daxing airport.
