Orange Hotel (Beijing West Railway Station South Square)

I traveled with my family and booked a twin room. The overall feeling was good, comfortable and hygienic. Walked here from Beijing West Railway Station. It's close to the subway station and convenient for going to attractions!

The hotel's front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and all questions raised are resolved with care. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the subway. There are shops across the road, including convenience stores, fruit shops, snack bars, etc. The room is clean and tidy, and disposable items need to be obtained from the front desk. Because personal belongings were piled up, no pictures were taken in the room. The attached pictures were taken from the tourist attractions.

Lightning protection, listen to my advice, don’t book this hotel immediately after seeing this comment, and run away. The air conditioner is broken. It is very hot and does not cool down. I adjusted it to 19 degrees and turned it on for an hour. The room temperature still shows 29 degrees. 00:00 The waiter repeatedly emphasized that we did not know how to operate the air conditioner. He also sent us separate operating instructions for the air conditioner and asked us to operate it ourselves. He said that all guests operate the air conditioner on their own according to the instructions. 00:30-1:00 I called three times to report the problem with the air conditioner. The three waiters I called back and forth all said that the settings were adjusted, but it was still 29 degrees. They said they couldn’t change rooms because they had no room. The same was true for other rooms. At 1:30, the waiter came and adjusted the wind. He also said that there was a guest staying in this room yesterday and the room was turned on to warm air. So what did you come here to adjust the last few times? It became 29.6 degrees again in the middle of the night. There are pictures and videos to prove it. I woke up in the morning and was sweating. When I was anxious to go out, the lady at the front desk also said that there was indeed something wrong with our air conditioner. Air conditioning is a hotel infrastructure, right? The hotel itself knew there was a problem but had no solution. It kept trying for nearly 2 hours, acting like I'm just leaving it up to you. How can a hotel provide such service? Does anyone care?

1. We arrived after 15:00 and couldn't check in. The front desk said we would have to wait for half an hour while cleaning was being done. As a result, we had to wait for an hour before we could check in. Our children fell asleep in the lobby while waiting. Even after waiting for so long, I didn’t agree with having breakfast delivered, without any compensation. 2. The hygiene is very poor. The window sill and the floor are quite gray. There is a ball of long yellow hair on the washbasin. I forgot to take a photo. 3. When the room was being cleaned the next day, the aunt said she was getting off work, so she brought in a few bottles of mineral water, changed the garbage bags, and left without doing anything else. She didn't even change the toilet paper.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the subway station. The room facilities are very complete, the breakfast is delicious, the room is very clean, and the hotel front desk service is very friendly. I lost my things at the hotel, and the front desk was very helpful in sending them back. Thank you to the hotel staff.

One of the very good and important choices for this family trip is to choose this hotel. The location is really good. It is close to several museums. What is especially comfortable is that it is only 3 minutes away from the subway. It is so convenient. After a day of playing, I can just get out of the subway. You can rest. The hotel service is also very good, enthusiastic and thoughtful. Recommended to friends traveling to Beijing.

The room attendants and housekeepers are very good, but families with children are a bit noisy in the lobby.
