To help my child finish their final exams while recovering from a fracture (we live on the 5th floor with no elevator), we decided to check into a nearby hotel earlier. After considering the location and hotel environment, we chose this one, and it truly offered great value for money.
Usually, I stay in hotels for travel, but this time was different. So, I'll share our unique perspective on this stay.
The hotel mainly features LOFT-style rooms (with the bedroom on the second floor). Since climbing stairs was inconvenient, we opted for the 'Light Luxury Starry Sky King Room,' which is the only one of its kind. From the main entrance to the lobby, elevator area, and even the facilities within the room, everything was convenient for my child to move around in a wheelchair or with crutches.
Breakfast is served on the first floor and offers a good variety. Coffee and snacks are available all day.
The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very warm and attentive. They'd always greet us proactively. My child needed some homework printed, and the front desk patiently printed it for free and even had a robot deliver it to the room. If we were short on anything in the room, they'd replenish it immediately, and the room cleaning schedule was arranged according to our needs. The hotel management also prioritizes safety; the elevator requires a room card, and for any visitors to the room, the front desk would first confirm if they could go up before activating the elevator card. Even food deliveries were brought to the room by a robot.
All in all, this stay was truly satisfying. We would definitely choose this hotel again if needed in the future.
