We had an enjoyable stay here, good location although you may have to walk out a short distance (2-3 mins) to the main road to take a taxi/didi ride as the small alleys could be too narrow for bigger cars. Also not sure if this is wheelchair accessible being a courtyard style hotel. There is also a train station in walking distance. The room was cosy and clean, with very comfortable beds. The memory foam pillows were also fantastic, just the right firmness for us. Thank you to the staff who were always polite and helpful. recommended!

Not only the location is just beside MTR station, hotel rooms are nice and tidy, very well maintained. Most impressive are the staffs are all well trained, very friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely be coming to this hotel again when I'm back and will recommend to my friends! Well done and thank you!

We were welcomed like a family the moment we stepped into the hotel by Gu Huiyun (古慧云)'s lovely smile. She helped to carry one of our heaviest luggage (24kg) as the surface to the room is uneven when we insisted on carrying it on our own. She also allowed us to use their work number to order food and delivered it to our doorstep as we do not have a local mobile number. She personally prepared and recommended a list of delicious food around the hotel as well as the places of interest, the method of transportation by train , time required, etc. Another staff member, Wang Zhiguo (王志国）was fantastic as well. He helped us book tickets with his own wechat account as we faced difficulties doing so without a local number. He also provided an extension plug as we required more charging points. Breakfast was relatively simple but very nice, considering the price of CNY22 per day. The lady preparing the food will personally cook noodles, yuntun (云吞），jiaozi（饺子）for us. We enjoyed our 4 days stay there and highly recommend this hotel as the staff are very helpful and friendly. Their lovely smiles brightened our stay and made our stay in Beijing simply memorable. 5 🌟 for sure. 👍👍👍👍👍

Our very 1st time stay in Hu tong style hotel. Like the vibe here . Even tough the size of the room is no tat big ,but can fix 2 ppl well. The staffs here all r friendly n helpful to arrange parcels for rcvd n sent out . Gv 5 stars for the tis time stayed . Recommended .👍

This is a new and fancy hotel. There is a xiaoduxiaodu AI assistant to control the light, window and the video display. However, xiaodu can only receive Chinese commands. Foreigners who don't speak Chinese need to use a translator. Staffs are very helpfilul and welcoming. They are friendly. Decorations are traditional Chinese style mixed with modern equipment. I like the tree in the bathroom. I also like the very good quality towels and the comfortable bed. It locates in a quiet and unique location, close to everything for a tourist. It is also close to the unique Bejing Hutong and old buildings. Transportation is convenient, because it is only less than 5 min to the Xisi subway train station on No.4 line.

The staff at HefengJingli Siheyuan Hotel were exceptional. They were always courteous, helpful, and attentive to my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my overall experience. I love the hotel location very much. It’s so easy to go the place where I want. The room is very clean and quiet. The front desk people are very friendly. I will recommend to my friends.

Overall a great experience. Love the services provided by the staff! It was fantastic. However, there are several inconsistencies in housekeeping (e.g., never clear the trash for one of the days, missing a rug for one of the days, and never tidy up the bed). Other than that, it was a great experience staying there.

Overall was good. It’s easy to access to public transport. Quite a number of local restaurants walking distance.

I’m a solo business traveler from Hong Kong. I booked this for its traditional building structure (四合院). My room got upgraded, and it was a very nice and spacious room. It has a tablet or Siri-like control for room amenities like for switching lights, air conditioning and alarm. The shower is hot and the shampoo etc provided smells good. Dyson hairdryer. Bath robes and slippers are provided. Bottled water is provided for free, there’s also red wine in the room that I didn’t consume but I suspect it’s also free. The toilet is Japanese style. The room is very clean except the coffee table has a corner that seems not probably wiped but I think it’s minor and probably just overlooked. The breakfast is a set (ie not buffet style), and the “congee” is very nice. But the thing that prompts me writing this review is the staff - I travel a lot and the staff here is among the best service/ most friendly/ helpful I have ever experienced. If you want to try staying in a traditional Beijing house/ Chinese style breakfast yet still want the modern amenities, this is for you. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Beijing. Thank you very much to the team - I really had a great stay! (Btw around the corner of the street there’s a very nice fried nuts shop!)

Most friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at. The checking staff where the friendliest I have ever encountered in my 15 years of living in china. Location is great, it's close to all the good stuff and quiet in the evening, some may say local. I only stayed one night. Next time I will stay longer.
