The location was ok, quite secluded & quiet which was good for a change. The service was ok but reception never answered the phone so we always had to go downstairs if we had questions/needed something. Breakfast was horrible though. Tasteless, cold, not many options…

The bad reviews about this hotel are all true! Every year when I come to this park, I go to the Tropical Rainforest Hot Spring Hotel. I chose this hotel this time because that one was closed! The service of this hotel is indeed what all the negative reviews say. The attitude at the front desk seems to be that they are owed wages. They are reluctant to go to work, half-dead and listless, which is perfect! We basically took care of ourselves if we had any needs because we couldn't find anyone. We pushed our luggage up on the day of check-in with a trolley and no one cared about it! The duplex room we booked has extremely steep stairs. The strange thing is that the room phone is on the second floor. You basically use your own mobile phone to call the front desk. The mobile phone signal in the room is not good, either it cannot be connected, or no one answers! The hotel facilities are old and most of the sockets in the room don't work! What is the value of more than a thousand dollars a night? Please believe the bad reviews on this hotel, they are 100% true and not exaggerated.
