The guy in white at the front desk was very nice and considerate. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Drum Tower. It’s very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. I’ll come back next time if I have a chance!

The advantage is that it is close to Nanluoguxiang and not far from the Drum Tower. The disadvantage is that there are no plastic slippers. You can only wear disposable slippers when taking a bath. They are very slippery and can easily fall. The air conditioner in the room I stayed in was turned on to the maximum, and after two hours it was 23 degrees Celsius, which was extremely dry. After the wind speed was turned down, the temperature quickly dropped to 20 degrees Celsius. It was cold and dry, and I didn't sleep well all night. What I was most dissatisfied with was the hotel's attitude. My daughter found a red light in the socket and suspected that there was a camera. With the encouragement and help of a local police friend, she called the police station. When the police came, they said it was a USB indicator light, which was not good at first. I was so embarrassed to cause trouble to the police and the store, but I didn't expect that the power was completely cut off later. The store said that inspection could not find the cause. My daughter and I waited in a small dark room for 40 to 50 minutes, and finally we were told that it could not be repaired. Without electricity, there is no heating, and it is impossible to wash or drink hot water. I suggested changing rooms, but the hotel owner said they were fully occupied and couldn't change the room. They could only give me a refund and stay elsewhere. At 10:30 in the evening, we are asked to go out and look for a hotel. Isn’t this a joke? ! I quickly called back my husband and friends who were eating nearby. The result of their negotiation with the store was that they would open a new room for us, and my husband's friend would stay in the one without electricity. Not long after I changed rooms, the one without electricity also had electricity! I'm quite angry. Isn't it full? Isn’t it impossible to repair it? Are you bullying us two? Are you punishing us for calling the police? I originally came out to take the children to relax, but I didn't expect to encounter such a heartbreaking thing! The first time I called the police in my life was really unforgettable!

The location is really super good. The room is not soundproof but it doesn't matter to us. It is clean and the facilities are not new. The service of the front desk lady is very good. The location is so good. When you go out, turn left and you will see the Drum Tower, a popular check-in spot. Go down from the Drum Tower to the Shichahai Subway Station on Line 8, and turn right to Nanluoguxiang, where you can stroll through the alleys of Beijing. The room is not very clean, but it is very good. It is very warm in winter. The front desk service attitude is very good! There is a guy who helps with large luggage every time.

There was no hot water in the middle of the night, there were bugs, the sound insulation was very poor, the curtains had poor light-blocking effect, and there was still cigarette ash on the bedside.

The room was nice. I was surprised that there was no sound immediately after closing the window. It was really quiet in a bustling place. The transportation was also very convenient. There were many snack bars nearby, so it was convenient for dining.

The room is not particularly big. It is on the second floor separated by itself. The floor height is very low, but it can be used as a sleeping place! The most important thing is that the location is very good. You can walk to Yandai Xiejie, Tongluo Ancient Alley and Shichahai. There are also a lot of delicious food around.
