The service was quite good; when I told the staff that the air conditioning wasn't working, they immediately came to check it. However, it seemed to be broken as no cold air was coming out. They moved me to another room, which was a bit better. I then thought of going to the lobby, but it was even hotter there. I checked out first thing the next morning and left.

Room management was average. Soundproofing was quite poor. Hygiene was decent, but ventilation was not good. Service was average. The bathroom and shower area were like a labyrinth, very easy to get lost.

The room temperature was just right, thanks to the central air conditioning. The bathroom area was bright, spacious, and clean, and the overall environment was pleasant and quiet. My only minor complaints are that it's a bit easy to get lost, and the top bunk didn't have a small table. Other than that, everything was great.

Great value for money, the service was quite good, and the facilities are pretty comprehensive.

Highly recommend this room. It feels very safe to stay here, and I'd recommend it to everyone. The common areas are also great. The front desk even provides earplugs, which is perfect for a short stay – everyone can enjoy their peace and quiet.

Pretty good, I stayed for quite a while. I didn't stay in a dorm, so I can't really comment on that, but the single room was perfectly adequate in size. It's considered a decent hostel. However, sometimes there's no hot water in the early hours of the morning.

I've stayed at other branches of this chain before, but this was my first time trying this particular hostel, and I was pleasantly surprised! First off, the environment was very clean. The hallways were bright and spacious, with tables where you could relax and eat.

Everything was great, and it wasn't hot, so the AC might have been fixed. The place is very clean. The location is also convenient, close to the bus stop. It was a bit hard to find when I first arrived, but then I realized it's inside the ICBC building. Just take the elevator to the fourth floor.
