Advantages: The hotel is very new, very close to Yanqi Lake, and the design is full of technology. Disadvantages: There are many people during the May Day holiday, but the service efficiency cannot keep up. There is a swimming pool and a gym. The treadmill in the gym is very new. The children's playground is very small, so the children can only play Lego. Service management needs to be improved. At around 3 pm, many people waiting to check in gathered at the front desk, and they were about to quarrel. Without exception, they said that the room had not been cleaned, and some people had not checked in after waiting for several hours. Checking out at 12 o'clock is a must, and checking in at 3 o'clock is just a decoration. I was waiting with my children, and there was no place to stay. I urged them many times, and they changed to another room at around 4 o'clock. The evening buffet was 168 yuan for the group price, which was really average. There were not many hard dishes. The coffee machine was turned off. When asked, there was only breakfast. The breakfast was also unremarkable. I don't know why there is a 500 yuan deposit, saying that there are things consumed in the room, and after checking out, they said that it would be returned to the account in one or two days. A few bags of snacks and bottles of drinks in the room are far from 500 yuan, and it's really ** to put them together with the free tea.

He did not apologize at all in the face of doubts and had no handling skills. After the manager took over, he found that the room was ready. I don’t know if it was a coordination problem or something else. There were many people at breakfast, and some managers came to help, but there was a lack of unified coordination. As a result, there were many people, but it was a little chaotic. The swimming pool mentioned above was closed later, but there were always staff members who went to turn off the lights. It can be seen that the overall organizational ability needs to be strengthened.

The hotel is affiliated with Marriott Group, and the hotel facilities are complete, but there is still a slight smell in the room. The hotel provides an air purifier for free. Because I stayed in the hotel on a weekday, there were not many guests staying in the hotel. I heard from the hotel staff that there are still more guests staying in the hotel on weekends.

We mainly took the children to the hotel this time. The swimming pool and children's play area are very suitable for the naughty children to consume their energy. Both children had a lot of fun. There are many kinds of breakfast and dinner, the taste is also very good, and the service is in place. Especially Amy in the front office, very nice, helped us a lot during the stay, and the front desk ladies Carrie and echo were also very professional and thoughtful.
