This stay was truly wonderful! The hotel's service was meticulous and homely. The front desk lady's smile was brighter than the sun, and the check-in process was prompt and patient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was soft as a cloud. I had a wonderful night's sleep! And the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety and excellent taste! Thank you to the hotel team for their dedication, which made me feel right at home. This will still be my first choice for my next trip.

Environment: It's a bit far from nearby businesses, but the subway is quite convenient. It doesn't look like it's in Beijing. Service: Decent. There's a washing machine. It's convenient for first-time users, but it's a shared facility. Hygiene-conscious people should use it with caution, as even socks and underwear are washed by others.

The hotel is very far from the tourist attractions, taking a 40-minute taxi ride, which is a waste of time. There's no subway, convenience stores, or restaurants nearby, which is extremely inconvenient. Most importantly, the room hygiene is extremely poor. I stayed for three consecutive nights, and the cleaning staff only took out the trash and didn't change the sheets or quilt. The room wasn't cleaned properly, which led to a severe eye mite infection and adenitis. After seeing a doctor, the pain and swelling persisted for a week and haven't healed to this day. There was a very helpful front desk staff member who helped me put away the clothes that had been dried. Thank you.
