HanTing Hotel (Beijing Gongti Dongzhimen)

I really loved the environment here. It's super close to the subway station and located within the Second Ring Road, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere without hassle. The hotel environment is great, very clean, and the room is spacious. The price is also reasonable. I'll definitely stay here again next time. I loved it!

This is my first time giving a hotel a neutral rating after so many stays. The environment and hygiene were fine, but the service was just average. I stayed for two days and ordered takeout twice. The second time, I waited for a long time and the robot never came up, so I had to go down and get it myself. The bed curtain was advertised as smart in the details, but the button by the bed didn't work at all. I thought it was broken and asked, and the front desk guy said it was always manual. There was a girl at the front desk who seemed new; she was always giggling and seemed clueless. When I told her I wanted to check out, she fumbled around for a long time and then asked me what I wanted to do. I had to tell her again that I wanted to check out before she understood. It felt a bit like a makeshift operation.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff were all very kind and gentle. The location is also super convenient, close to the city center and easy to get to the airport. I'm very, very satisfied! 👍

The hotel's location is great, very convenient for getting around, and taxis aren't expensive, which is a big plus! The facilities are quite new. It's close to Liangma River, perfect for energetic people who like to exercise early in the morning (not me, though!). It's also near Zuojiazhuang Station (a big win for fans of 'Fu Zhu' – I even managed to check it out!). The front desk service, hotel amenities, and cleanliness are all really good. Highly recommend!

The overall experience at this hotel was exceptionally good. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere enveloped me. The staff provided meticulous and attentive service, and the check-in process was quick and smooth, with absolutely no unnecessary waiting. The guest room was clean and bright, elegantly furnished, and the mattress, which was neither too soft nor too firm, paired with fluffy and skin-friendly bedding, allowed me to unwind from a day of running around. The room had excellent soundproofing, keeping out external noise, and the temperature control system operated smoothly and quietly. The bathroom had a stable and ample hot water supply, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. The entire stay was comfortable and pleasant, far exceeding expectations. It's a highly recommended experience.

Overall, it was very good. The only things were that some of the facilities seemed a bit outdated and the soundproofing was a little poor. I hope the hotel can improve in these two areas. Everything else was great and very convenient.
