Such an amazing experience!! It was a loft-style room with a really soft and comfy bed. There was also a rope net in the room, which we used for our belongings – it held up surprisingly well and fit so much stuff! The owner was incredibly thoughtful and even asked us the night before if we needed breakfast the next day, and then delivered it right to our room 😋😋. The room was well-stocked with water, slippers, disposable towels, and everything else we could possibly need. It's super close to Universal Studios, only a 10-15 yuan taxi ride away! We'll definitely book here again next time we visit Universal. Wishing the owner great success!

I stumbled upon this guesthouse near Universal Studios. The courtyard is very quiet, and the room is decorated in a gentle, natural wood tone. It's minimalist but feels very high-quality. The room also has a sturdy rope net, which is super relaxing to lie on. The projector can also screen-share, which is great for watching movies and shows. Getting to Universal Studios is also very convenient; you can take a taxi or use the guesthouse's free shuttle. A simple breakfast is provided in the morning, making it excellent value for money!

Fantastic experience! Not only do they offer a daily shuttle service directly to Universal Studios, but breakfast is also delivered right outside your door – healthy and nutritious. The common area has books you can borrow and even a coffee station where you can brew your own. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the zero-pressure mattress is incredibly comfortable. The huge floor-to-ceiling window offers a beautiful view! The owner is very attentive and provides great service. Most importantly, it's super close to Universal Studios, just a few minutes away, haha! I'll definitely stay here again!

This guesthouse is absolutely lovely, with a spacious common area and full amenities. The rooms are clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. The low beds are perfect for families with young children, and there's even a rope net on the second floor that's not only safe but also fun for the kids. In the lobby, there's filtered water available, and besides hot water, they also have water heated to 45 degrees, which is incredibly convenient for making formula. They offer Universal Studios shuttle service, and the butler is fantastic – super responsive to messages and quick to resolve any issues. Breakfast is also delivered to your room!

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delivered right to our door, and the front desk staff, especially the lady, was very warm and easy to talk to. There are also many restaurants within walking distance nearby. I'll definitely come again next time.

The room was clean and tidy, spread across two floors, which was a really cool design. They even offer a free shuttle to Universal Studios, and breakfast is included. Tongzhou, Beijing gets quite cool at night, it's a great spot.

I booked this hotel for my Universal Studios trip, and it turned out to be an amazing find! We were coming from another hotel where we weren't very happy with our stay for the first two nights, but as soon as we stepped into this guesthouse, all that unhappiness disappeared. Our twin room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable, plus the cleanliness was top-notch. The guesthouse owner was incredibly welcoming and warm. They picked us up 15 minutes early, informed us that some Universal Studios rides would require raincoats, and even provided them to us for free! They also included complimentary breakfast. It was truly a delightful stay, and I would definitely choose this place again for my next Universal Studios visit! Although going to Universal Studios can be tiring, the owner and the guesthouse itself elevated our experience significantly! Thank you! P.S. Our room looked exactly like the second picture. I forgot to take actual photos, so I found a reference image, but it truly looked just like that! Highly recommend!

Honestly, being right next to Universal Studios, I expected the prices to be high and the accommodation to be just okay, but I was so pleasantly surprised! The little courtyard is easy to find, and the host's directions were incredibly clear; they also communicated in advance. The room isn't huge, but it was perfectly sufficient for me and my son. The best part? There's a fan inside! We could dry our laundry overnight, which was absolutely perfect. The room was very clean, new, and quiet—that's what matters most! The shuttle to Universal Studios is right next door. You can even order breakfast in the morning by scanning a QR code, and it's delivered directly to your room. Unbeatable!
