Room was great. However, only issue was that it is located in the university and need to walk 5mins or so from entrance to hotel. Cars cannot go in.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel; however, when we visited in April, the air conditioning was not turned on. Apparently the entire building is connected to a central air conditioning system that doesn’t get turned on until May. Keep this in mind if are looking for A/C.
The temperatures outside were hot during the day, so it took a long time to cool the room down by night time without A/C.
The service was great! But just know that you will likely need assistance translating Chinese as there were no English-speaking hotel agents.

Good location to visit families & friends who study at Beijing Language & Culture University as it is located right in the compound. About 45-60 mins from Airport & downtown but quite closed to Summer Palace

Location: The Hotel is located at the Beijing Language and Culture University on the 7th and 8th floor of the BLCU Conference Center Building,
which is very convenient for visiting my daughter who has studied here.
Service: Nobody could speak English, which made me feel uncomfortable. Especially, about the breakfast or any useful information.
The Hotel management team should consider the guests who are international students and parents.
Terrible staff: Some of the female staff in the night time was very terrible and no service mind. The management team should explain or train her
that here is a Hotel which is not the dormitory. The staff should more polite or did not show the evil looking face expression.

The staff are very friendly & helpful, some can speak minimal English. The hotel is located inside Beijing Language & Cultural University and behind the library. Taxi cannot enter the premises so you have to carry your luggage to the hotel! Over all experience is very good.

The rooms are clean and minimalistic. The hotel is located in the campus of the university. For first time traveler and travelers with a lot of luggage it might be problematic as the university is gated. This was especially a trouble for foreign guests who can’t communicate with the guards. Moreover, taxis weren’t allowed to enter the campus making the location really a disadvantage. We enjoyed the hotels amenities such as laundry room etc. The front desk was a decent yet easily stressed out when getting crowded.

The hotel is newly opened, very new and clean, the facilities are very new and user-friendly, the bedding is comfortable, the room is well soundproofed, the front desk lady is enthusiastic, the hotel is inside the school, the cafeteria is also open to the public, and you can visit the school. Very cost-effective ~
