The city night view outside the floor to ceiling window forms a perfect balance with the double-layer sound insulation glass, so that you can sleep soundly all night long. My first longer (7 night ) stays in the same hotel for my entire travel experienced 1. Housekeeping in is a joke. • Our room was cleaned just ONCE in 7 nights. The floor remained filthy - covered in dirt and hair. • Swapping towels and water isn’t “cleaning.” It’s cutting corners. This is pure laziness, not hospitality. 2. Guest loyalty is clearly irrelevant. • We requested at least “3 times” to an upgrade - reasonable for a long stay with two large suitcases - were dismissed without explanation and effort. • If your longest-staying guests aren’t worth basic consideration, who is? 3. Ignore feedback by design. • A simple search shows this isn’t an isolated case - others report the cleanliness issues. Yet there’s no change, no ownership. • For a new hotel, this isn’t just disappointing - it’s damaging.
