The hotel's location is super convenient, with the subway right at the doorstep, just a few minutes' walk away! It's really easy to get to all the major attractions, just a few subway stops. The room was clean and tidy, and the size was perfectly fine!

Facilities: Excellent Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and approachable throughout, answering all questions without being dismissive. They patiently explained the procedures when I was checking in, and calmly clarified anything I didn't understand, even repeatedly. The overall service was very reassuring and pleasant.

The room was satisfactory, bright, and clean, with relatively new facilities and thoughtful service. I enjoyed the complimentary treats upon check-in, including snacks and fruit, and received a souvenir upon checkout. Highly satisfied.

Choosing the Tongrun Hotel for our family trip to Beijing was such a stroke of luck; it was a five-star experience all the way. The hotel is located in the heart of Dongcheng, just a few minutes' walk from Dongdan subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and Wangfujing. The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is quite new, with a simple yet elegant design. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had no strange odors, indicating excellent hygiene. It was fully equipped with smart toilets, a mini-fridge, and high-quality toiletries – every detail was considered. The soundproofing was great, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a full day of sightseeing. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including freshly made authentic Old Beijing Zhajiangmian, which was delicious and very satisfying. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service. Check-in was efficient, and the concierge proactively helped us with our luggage. They even prepared welcome fruits, which was a lovely touch. The robot delivery service for meals was very convenient, and our child absolutely loved it. The hotel also features a self-service laundry room and a gym, which were very practical for our travels. To find such a comfortable environment and great value for money in a central location like this is truly rare. It's definitely our top choice for family travel, and we'll certainly choose to stay here again on our next visit to Beijing.

This is a newly opened hotel, and the ambiance is fantastic. The Deluxe King room came with fresh welcome fruit, which was a lovely touch. And the breakfast zhajiangmian (fried sauce noodles) was absolutely delicious! It's also super convenient for getting around, right next to Dongdan subway station. Definitely a five-star review, I'll be back for sure!

Excellent! The location is superb, right next to the subway station, which is crucial in Beijing! Absolutely fantastic! It's also very close to Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing, and the Forbidden City. The facilities are all new, and the staff are very kind. You won't find another hotel closer to Tiananmen, closer to a subway station, with newer facilities, and better value for money!

The location is excellent, and there's so much to do nearby. I thought it might be noisy since it's so close to the mall and in the city center, but to my surprise, it was really peaceful and quiet. Besides being great value for money, the service was top-notch, the food selection was plentiful, and the room layout was fantastic. We even had a west-facing room, so we enjoyed beautiful sunsets through the trees every evening – truly delightful.

The hotel's location is excellent, with great accessibility. It's not far from the subway station and the Wangfujing commercial area. Room cleaning was prompt and thorough, a big shout-out to the hotel staff for that. Other staff members were also very enthusiastic, responding to messages promptly and professionally. However, the front desk seemed a bit chaotic, and the division of labor wasn't very clear. The hotel's public facilities are a bit limited, which is understandable given the building's footprint. Since the hotel is newly opened, the furnishings and decor are very new, which is a huge plus.

Came with a friend, and the hotel was very clean with brand new and complete facilities. The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful, and the front desk lady was exceptionally nice. They even have little homemade drinks at the front desk.
