JI Hotel (Beijing Zhongguancun Suzhou Street Metro Station)

The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. The facilities are comprehensive, meeting the usual standards of a Ji Hotel. However, we had to wait half an hour for our rooms when we checked in at 4:30 PM, as we requested two adjacent rooms. The breakfast was rich and varied. The only downsides are that the hotel occupies floors 7-11 of a building and is not a standalone property. Also, during breakfast, the staff making a lot of noise while moving tables and chairs, which was quite disruptive and needs improvement.

Excellent, very satisfied! There's a subway station downstairs, and it's only two stops to the Summer Palace.

I promised the front desk lady I'd leave a review, and I'm finally getting around to it. This trip was with my dad for medical treatment in Beijing, so I was under a lot of stress. The family room layout was quite good, but I didn't get a chance to take pictures. The specific room we stayed in felt a bit stuffy, and the air conditioning wasn't working very well the whole time. However, I never contacted the front desk about it because I was exhausted every day and just crashed. All the staff were very responsible and enthusiastic, especially the female staff member on the night shift the day we checked in and the female staff member on the morning shift the next day – you two were truly wonderful. I wish you both success in your careers and smooth sailing in life. And I hope my dad regains his health and stays safe. Thank you all.

The hotel is right by the subway entrance, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was spacious with a good layout, and the lighting was warm and bright. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

My child had their high school entrance exams, so we stayed here for two nights. The environment felt clean and comfortable, and the service was very warm and friendly. ❤️

I booked this hotel for my child's college entrance exam. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Bayi School. The service was great and very thoughtful, even providing some stationery for the exam. Meals ordered could be delivered by a robot right to the room door, which was incredibly convenient. The room was cleaned promptly, and all our personalized requests were met quickly. Overall, it was fantastic, highly recommended!

Highly recommend booking hotels and flights through Trip.com. They offer good guarantees and after-sales service, and their customer support is responsive. This Ji Hotel is in an excellent location, right at a major intersection and metro station. The price is also reasonable for Beijing. However, there's a noticeable difference in professionalism and service attitude among the front desk staff. The tall male receptionist with glasses was very responsible, but the young female receptionist seemed to intentionally give customers a hard time.

The front desk staff were attractive and had a great attitude, proactively helping us store our luggage. The room was clean and quiet, with good facilities. Overall, a perfect experience! The hotel is surrounded by plenty of dining options, and transportation is convenient. The room is spacious and comfortable, hygiene meets standards, and service is prompt. Excellent value for money. The hotel's hygiene management is well-maintained; the bedsheets and duvet covers were spotless, and the bathroom was clean with no hidden corners. The service attitude is friendly and approachable. Definitely worth staying again!

The staff service was terrible. Yesterday, they made me book an extra day without explaining the check-out conditions. Today, when I was leaving, another staff member tried to appease me with a refund for a cheaper room rate. They also refused to give me their employee ID despite having surveillance cameras, claiming they don't have employee IDs. Fine, I'll take the loss. Even the high-end Ji Hotel is like this, with poor staff quality. They make you book at a high rate and refund you at a low rate!
