Qiuguo Hotel（Beijing Sanlitun East Bridge Subway Station Branch）

I was just passing through and arrived at the hotel very late. I've never stayed in a room with such poor hygiene before. Everything was covered in dust, and the corners of the bedsheets were dirty. I brought my own sheets, and it was too late to report it. I don't know how your staff could have approved this room; the cleanliness was absolutely terrible...

This brand hotel offers a reassuring array of facilities and services. The breakfast is extensive, and there are many high-quality restaurants nearby. The location is excellent and very convenient, with great transportation access.

First off, the location is absolutely fantastic – the subway station is right at the entrance, no more than twenty meters away. Secondly, the front desk lady was amazing! I was with my daughter, and she gave her mosquito repellent bracelets, little trinkets, and even small bracelets. While they weren't expensive, they completely made my daughter's day; she was happy all day long! The room wasn't very big, but considering the price point, you can't expect everything to be perfect. I highly recommend this place for families traveling with kids or elderly parents.

Having been to Beijing many times, I always choose Qiu Guo, and their brand service has consistently been excellent. The hotel environment is simple and cozy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and high-quality toiletries. The smart casting throughout the room is convenient to use. Housekeeping is meticulous, replenishing complimentary drinking water and beverages daily. The 24-hour front desk is responsive, tea is provided in common areas, and the complimentary late-night congee is a thoughtful touch. It's conveniently located near the subway with plenty of dining options nearby. The 'zero-second checkout' is a huge plus for travelers on a tight schedule. It's clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Beijing!

For this price point, it felt really good. We brought our kids and the robot delivery service was a big hit with them. The smart speaker, Xiaodu, with its voice control, was also very convenient. Plus, it's close to the subway station.
