The location of the hotel was satisfactory, however i was disappointed with the trash outside the hotel, as well as the dirt and odor of the carpet inside. Additionally the unpleasant smell in the room was unsatisfactory. 🥲

We booked 2 rooms for 5 nights with breakfast option.
- Best location only 10 steps from subway to hotel, maids are very kind, and support.
- But a lot of worst experiences.
1. There was a lot of cigarette smoke & mala soup smell all night.
2. There was a loud noise coming from the next room.
3. The hair dryer shorted out on 2nd night and sparks came out. After that plugs in the room could not be used, but the hotel did not have a new room to change that night. Just bring new hair dryer to us. Why the hotel not prepare a good condition hair dryer for customer at the initial ? This is near miss condition for safety.
4. We requested to change the room for the 3rd night, and the hotel accepted without any special offer. We have to request them again to move in same floor for 2 rooms.
5. Please note this hotel does not has restaurant,but join with near by food shop. 1 coupon breakfast for 2 persons. Not same as general hotel which is 2 coupons / 2 persons / room.
6. Reception cannot communicate in English. It’s difficult to clear the problem when you have emergency like sparks came out. My freinds so scary that night.

Convenient location next to subway station, plenty of restaurants and convenience store nearby. Hotel was clean. Staff very accommodating and allowed early check in. Hotel room can be a bit small for big group.

Xiao served me excellent service. I'm appreciated her help and support. But room is narrow and strong smell. At first night . I couldn't sleep. I requested check out early. I booked 3 night. She offered me check the new room. The new room is better than old room. I still felt a bit smell. Nevermind. I tried to sleep. IMO , not recommend.

Easy access to metro as it is located right outside the hotel. Room was average but the necessary supplies were provided. Sounds from outside could be heard from the room making it more on the noisy side. Not suitable for taller people or people with bigger bodies.
