房間衞生環境尚可，但裝修老舊，牆面有明顯臟污，乾濕不分離，馬桶幾乎就在花灑邊上。服務態度一般，國企作風、官僚主義嚴重，住户點的外賣都被強制放在大院門外一張無人看管的桌子上，很容易丟失；保潔人員八點不到就開始在走廊中閑談、敲門，房間隔音又不好，非常影響休息。

北京萬年青賓館絕對是老資格的賓館了，賓館就是海淀區西三環北路的中國青年政治學院院內，距離本人的老工作單位總政歌舞團隔着一條馬路，多年算下來，曾經入住此賓館的老樓不下二十次，還曾安排許多外地來北京的朋友入住此賓館。賓館新樓蓋好之後住過幾次感覺不錯。校園裡環境非常好，安靜而優雅，賓館服務也不錯，周圍有不少餐飲服務網點。交通便利，出行便捷，在北京海淀區的核心區域內算是物美價廉的旅居首選之地！

挺乾淨，小型招待所賓館，快捷酒店，房間小，大門口略進出不便。對於居住要求不高者適合臨時居住，出差也還好，西三環偏北。學校小花園不錯。安全。
