7 Days Premium Hotel (Beijing Wangfujing Nanluoguxiang)

Flies were everywhere in the hotel, and the restroom had a terrible odor. There were many gnats in the sink and toilet. I tried to tolerate it for one night and decided to cancel the second night. However, the hotel charged me 338 for the first night and 227 for the second. How can there be such a huge price difference during the May Day holiday? I thought I could manage by just avoiding the toilet and shower, but after one night, my legs were incredibly itchy. When I got back, I saw a rash all over my legs – it was truly disgusting. I've never stayed in such a bad hotel before. On the day of checkout, I provided feedback to the front desk and online about the hotel's cleanliness and environmental issues. However, the hotel simply passed the buck, claiming they had cleaned according to their standards. Those planning to stay here, beware – this is their standard. I have pictures to prove it and am willing to take responsibility for any misinformation.

Checked in on the 22nd and checked out on the 24th from room 417, a king-size bed room. On the first day, the duvet and sheets clearly hadn't been changed. After waking up the next day, I was itching all over. There were no bath mats or shower slippers. The room felt stuffy; it was difficult to air it out. The air conditioner was on, but it hardly worked beyond just being powered on. The shower stall was tiny, it was hard to even turn around. On the positive side, the front desk staff had a good attitude.

The facilities in this place are really old and the environment is terrible. The floor is completely cracked, and there's an exposed water pipe running through the entire room, which is a huge safety hazard. The hotel hygiene is also poor; the bedsheets had stains. Everyone, avoid this place!

Honestly, the location is great, but the facilities are a bit old. However, for this price and location, it's definitely a steal. I'd stay here again if I have the chance. Recommended.

Couldn't hear the street noise once the windows were closed. The location is great; you can walk out of the alley to Zhangzizhong Road subway station. There's also a supermarket downstairs, and the street outside the alley has lots of delicious and affordable food – not like the overpriced stuff you find near tourist spots.

The room was absolutely terrible! The negative reviews were indeed accurate, and everyone should really pay attention to the proportion of bad reviews – if it's relatively high, there's definitely something wrong. Also, any recurring complaints in the bad reviews are true! Others mentioned hearing mice, and sure enough, there were rustling sounds from the ceiling in this hotel. I'm not sure if it was mice, maybe the air conditioning or some other equipment. Plus, the bathroom drain was clogged! My feet were submerged while showering! And another thing!! I arrived around 11 PM and was very tired, so I didn't pay attention to the AC and blankets. The blanket was incredibly thin, like a summer quilt! The AC was automatically on the lowest setting, and I woke up freezing in the middle of the night!! It was truly awful! I had to set the AC to auto and fold the blanket to keep warm!! I booked a relatively large king-size room, but it was pathetically small; it was hard to walk past the foot of the bed! And it was expensive! Not worth it! The transportation is inconvenient unless you take a taxi, which I did! Otherwise, it's a hassle.

The room was great! The facilities were excellent, and it was clean and hygienic. The location is very convenient, close to the subway station. The service was also very good, and the facilities were complete. It was an excellent choice. Thank you!
