Prime location - only 5 min to MRT station, and 10 min walk to a mall with Walmart and restaurants. The room is tidy but it’s expected in Beijing. However I am impressed by its cleanliness. It’s absolutely clean and I don’t need to worry. It also come with laundry room with dryer (complimentary), which makes it very convenient for family traveling with kids. I recommend to book a room not on the first floor. The upper floors are much quieter.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel is close to the metro (south of it) and to the store complex (to the north) with Walmart, a bank, a restaurant, a pharmacy and a coffee takeaway that are on the Xuanwumen inner avenue. The better entry to the hotel is via the main road (Xuanwumen inner avenue) to the left of the hotel.
The receptionists do not speak English. New construction across the road, so a bit of noise.

Location is good. Which is almost next to subway station Caishikou (170m). Hotel name was Furun, we struggled to find a hotel named Qinglian Furun. Thought it will be different haha. 😓
Hotel was clean, room service was good but room was so cold. I visited in January. Felt unconfortable in that hotel because of cold.
Buffet breakfast is ughh so so so poor. All food is for only Chinese. All we could eat was baked corn and bread. That's all. Stayed 2 nights.

The room were really small, and the bathroom was not properly separated from the rest of the room. Other than that the location was good, close to metro station.

Navigating to the hotel was easy with Apple Maps. It was located just a 5-minute walk from Caishikou metro station, which have both Line 4 and Line 7. Making exploring the city easy.

Nice hotel with a good location (very close to a metro station). Free self service laundry was also very helpful. The room was smaller than the ones in other hotels where we stayed, but it had a window (for its price range, we had to choose between a smaller room with a window or a bigger one without a window). I recommend it!

Very barebones hotel. Decent location as the metro is right outside the hotel. Exterior of hotel is very run down but the room is clean and alright. No nearby convenient store or local restaurants but there’s a mall 5 min away with some food available. Hotel breakfast is only 15yuan simple Chinese style breakfast but good for its price.

Within walking distance to Caisikou metro station (about 250m). Situated at the edge of an old hutong areas, about 50m from main road - not quiet though.
At the price charged per nite, don’t even provide tea bag/sachet. The bed mattress and pillow is super hard, uncomfortable. Front Desk will start calling 30min before 12noon, asking are you extending stay, if not, then what time you will check-out. Very annoying! Even trips stated I can enjoy late check-out at 2pm.
