Near subway station. They have the robot to deliver the food delivery order which is very convenient. The room is quite big but the aircon is not very stable. Sometimes the temperature increases in the middle of the night and the room can be quite warm. And the shower head is faulty.

Air-conditioning is the first reason we picked this hotel! We heard and read a lot of reviews mentioning that many hotels in Beijing and Shanghai haven't normally operated the cooling air-conditioning at night (or maybe during the daytime as well) even some day it's over 25c. (Only fan provided upon request at some hotel.) Another reason is that the hotel just did the big renovation, so guestrooms with bigger room size and without carpet couldn't be better! :D However, the room we got upgraded is a Deluxe room on the 1st floor where is connected to hotel lobby, guest toilet, and main entrance for all guests to pass by. Also, it's connected to an outdoor garden including smoking area. Even the request for a non-smoking room placed but couldn't help at this stage. Location: 4.5 (3-5mins from Ciqikou station cross the street or 5-8mins to Chongwenmen station) *For main entrance, pls notice the building wrapped with orange sticker. Room: 4.5 (Spacious, smart room with new modern design, great water pressure) Cleanliness: 5 Amenities: 4 (4 bottles of drinking water daily, tea & coffee plus small biscuits. No toothbrush, shower cap, comb, shaving kit) Buffet Breakfast: 4.5 (Cover all basic lines; Chinese, small Western corner (with no choice for egg) Staff: 3.85 (Some tried to help out but some not. We checked-in pretty late ard 6pm but said the room wasn't ready. That could probably be the reason why we got the room upgraded. Google translation app needed) Surrounding: 3.5 (a bakery shop in front of the hotel, some of chain restaurants/bakery shops in a building opposite the hotel. A few big dept stores, restaurants, coffee shops can be found around Chongwenmen station)

Excellent hotel with large very new and good quality rooms and aircon that really works. Extensive Chinese and western breakfast, some items not so hot in later service but were warmed up on request. All staff very helpfull and attentive, helped us find local tours, book tickets/ taxi when we were struggling with app restrictions, but speak limitted English.

the serenity and tranquility calmed all my frustration trying to find this hotel, look for the odd looking building across from the metro station, exit A and look for the little driveway.... it's a absolute hidden gem. as soon as I got to my room overlooking the courtyard, I booked an extra night without question. the layout of the room is so comfortable. everything is electronic, temperature, curtains and doors. if you are an introvert and want to order food, the robot will bring it up for you, contactless. The location is close enough to everything but just far enough you don't hear the traffic except for staff working on the building or deliveries in the morning. the front desk was helpful with my first delivery order and knew exactly what I was looking for in regards to sightseeing. there is a bit of a language barrier with technology today (alipay translation, wechat and baidu translation) everything worked out with some creativity. all part of the adventure anyways. there is a self service laundry room which is super convenient, it is a commercial unit so no need for detergent but they do have it available in case you have a stain. breakfast is a mix of western and Chinese but I am a vegetarian so my breakfast choices is limited but they do have a full on noodles bar. two item to consider: 1) my shower flooded every night I was here and the staff cleaned it up when I called, the hot water is consistent and welcomed after each long day of walking. 2) your door will randomly start beeping in the middle of the night and it is Becuase the door is not closed properly (automatic), I just put the coffee table against it instead of calling the front desk at 4am in the morning. overall, I loved my visit (the decor, the privacy and friendliness of the staff) and I hope you do too.

mediocre hotel room facilities: the room was relatively small with basic room amenities. the hotel fulfilled my request on not having a bathtub room so kudos to that. good location: only a short walk to the nearest metro Ciqikou exit F1 (lift). There’s Holiland and a Pharmacy just below the hotel, and some breakfast spots across the hotel. there’s also a couple of malls around the corner.

It’s was a very good 4-day stay for our family. We arrive to a clean room with fresh towels whenever we come back exploring the city. Reception staff were helpful and professional during check in and check out, even if we communicated through the translation app. Location was a good walk to several malls where we mostly ate and shopped. Recommended!

We love this hotel with its internal exterior, tidiness and freshness. The staff are very helpful, especially the man with the ‘brown suit’ is highly respected. He gone extra miles to help us when we were late to get back to hotel and arranged lovely Peking Duck for the family. Many thanks and sweet memories with the staff and facilities. If any improvements to be made are the hotel need to be strict with their check out time from their visitors. They are kind with the checkout time and new visitors like us end up with checking in around 3pm. Not a real issue to us as they tried to comfort us during that time.

Very nice experience and very helpful staff, in a relatively good location. Would definitely recommend staying.

The stay was very nice. We had breakfast onsite and the whole family enjoyed the different options to eat. The room was clean. The only point of frustration was the room was fairly humid and the air conditioning seemed to get turned off or reset while we were out touring. After a hot day, it is nice to come back to a well conditioned room.

Excellent service. Front desk staff was very helpful, received a lot of help with directions and booking of taxi from Jia Ling Hui and Liu. Excellent location, with two train stations nearby, and lots of shopping malls down the road. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were comfy and clean. Will definitely stay here again

We had a great stay in Crystal Orange Chongwen Men Hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly, helpful and very attentive. Location is great, there are a few shopping malls around. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Beijing.

Hotel is easy to find, near metro station. The staff members are helpful and quick to work on feedbacks. The hotel room is clean and facilities are good. Highly recommended.

After our weekend getaway to another city, we stayed here again because we like this place (room, location and cleanliness). Staff gave us body lotion and amenity kit upon request. There are a few malls (~10 minutes walk away) with good eateries / restaurants there e.g. HaiDiLao. Taxi to Beijing Capital Airport cost ~¥80 when we ordered it at 2pm on a weekday.
