Very good, excellent service, a hotel I've stayed at many times.

The service was excellent, but the facilities were extremely outdated—so old that the light bulbs were rattling and the sink faucet didn't dispense hot water. Furthermore, breakfast only included some green vegetables that you had to blanch yourself.

The hotel has complete facilities, and swimming, fitness, and dining options are all very convenient.

The hotel front desk service was excellent. The hotel room facilities were convenient and comfortable, and the two complimentary bathhouse tickets were great value for money. The location is excellent and convenient for travel!

Kuntai Hotel is indeed quite good; the environment and service are both good, and the price is acceptable.

Honestly, I'm very disappointed. 1. The basic infrastructure is understandable, it's an old hotel, but the experience was terrible. One suite had old, rattling floors; the bathroom sink intermittently sprayed water, soaking me; the shower water didn't flush properly, took a long time to heat up, and then kept getting hotter, requiring me to adjust the temperature while showering; one room's air conditioner had no airflow when I checked in, and after it was fixed, it was noisy at night, disturbing my rest; the bathroom smelled bad. 2. None of the complimentary items were provided; the sauna was unusable due to renovations; the park annual pass was expiring in a week, and since it was for 2025, it was disappointing. This is truly a state-owned enterprise hotel.
