Good location.Overall I had a pleasant experience with the room. Especially the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection are more to local choices. Just the room I had is abit limited to open up A large luggage. Parcel can retrieve from lockers with code

Hotel is okay, room is tiny, but that's not an issue. Biggest issue is the wet bathroom, when I walked into the room the floor was still wet from the previous guest and smelled a bit like damp. If you shower in the morning good luck using the toilet normally in the day as it'll stay wet for 24+ hours.I also slipped on the floor because of a lack of adequate anti slip protection outside the shower and could have been seriously injured. Apart from the shower situation, the stay was good.
Breakfast is limited, but good. Central area between tourist sights and embassy areas. Very friendly front door staff, especially night staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, my overall experience was affected by a few key issues.
The cleanliness of the room was very good, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay — I really appreciated their service. However, the room temperature couldn’t be adjusted, and it was so cold that I ended up falling sick during the trip.
The biggest problem was the strong smell of cigarette smoke everywhere in the hotel. I even noticed some guests smoking in their rooms, which made the entire place smell like a smoke bar. And I have to use a towel to block of the smoke from coming into my room. As someone who’s allergic to cigarette smoke, this was extremely uncomfortable. Smoking indoors is illegal and can result in fines, so I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t enforce stricter rules to prevent it.
With better temperature control and stronger action against indoor smoking, this hotel could offer a much more comfortable experience for all guests.

When you enter the room first time, you think "wow, so cool". But that's all.
At the next step, you start noticing how dirty everything is. The dirtiest place is the bathroom. They don't clean it. When we entered, there was a small bottle of shampoo on the bathroom floor corner from the previous guests. After 5 days, they took it. This means that they didn't even enter the bathroom after the previous guests and 5 days during our stay.
Because the bathroom is in dark colors, it "looks" clean. But actually, there are lots of yellow mold at the corners. The same about the sink.
There was a humidifier in the room. Once I moved it, and there was lot of dust under it.
The room has high humidity. There is a dehumidifier in the room, but it is too noisy and is noisy.
The windows in the hotel looked into the hotel's living room, which was very bad.
The bed was big enough and very comfortable.
The lighting in the room was insufficient.
There was very little choice at breakfast. Mostly a couple of Chinese dishes. There were almost no sweets.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in within China. Service was great, breakfast was pretty good, all facilities and cleanliness were above others. Loved my experience here so much!!

Good location, close to the metro station. Room ok but the cleaning was approximate (e.g they haven’t made our bed, didn’t change soap/shampoo). Unfortunately, over the two nights we experienced two Chinese guys knocking continuously on our door in the middle of the night and the hotel staff didn’t solve the issue even if report it immediately since you can immagine that being waken up in the middle of the night by stranger shouting in a language that you can’t understand is not a funny story to tell.
The staff is unable to speak English at all.

The hotel room was okay, though the bed was a little too hard. The staff was quite helpful but didn’t speak English. the breakfast was really poor, everything except congee was cold - they don’t keep baozi or anything else on warm plates, just regular. The breakfast food choice was also really poor. The restaurant itself, when ordering a la carts was very delicious.
