This is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in here in China. The hospitality is top notch , the hotel itself is classy and very peaceful. The hotel staff are very professional and quite helpful. They have a good conduct of English too. Their room service is great and the food here is just so delicious. I’d recommend this hotel any day.

Absolute perfection! This luxury hotel has it all. The executive club access was a game-changer - the meals were exquisite and totally worth the upgrade. But it's not just about the food. The wellness facilities are out of this world. The sauna and steam room were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The pool is a serene oasis, and fitness enthusiasts will love the well-appointed gym with state-of-the-art equipment. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional service. Viki and her team went above and beyond in ways I never imagined. On our last day, we had to leave before regular breakfast hours. Without hesitation, they prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for us. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. The rooms are immaculate, the amenities are top-notch, but it's the staff that makes this place shine. They anticipated our every need and made us feel like royalty. If you're seeking a 5-star experience that exceeds all expectations, look no further. I'm already planning my next visit!

Nice spacious hotel in a good location. Clean room and has all amenities. Very spacious. Would recommend solo travellers, families and couples to stay here. Decent gym and swimming pool.

Excellent stay! Hotel and rooms are amazing and in a good location with many restaurants around to choose from. One thing was that there were no USB outlet to charge phones,etc. so important to bring your own adaptor to plug in. Otherwise perfect stay.

This holiday I decided to do a staycation with friends and the Nuo hotel was so cozy. During this time of the year many like myself get a little homesickness. It was nice to have a trusted place to stay. Frank and his team are always helpful. They assist you on and off the clock. There is always a variety of foods for everyone’s diet, and the rooms are always clean and well equipped. I just need to know where to get those duvets. They are heavenly to sleep on.🥰

As always, the service was top-notch. This hotel staff is outstanding! My room was ready for an early check-in. Manager Frank left me a welcome note and sent me a WeChat to check that the check-in had gone smoothly. The breakfast offers many Western and Chinese options. It's my home away from home. I highly recommend it.

I had such a lovely time at Nuo as a solo female customer. The staff were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Cannot wait to return!

If the exhibit on display doesn’t suit your aesthetic, then maybe the ambient lighting at O’bar will be more to your liking. At worst, the view from the deluxe room of the Beijing skyline everyday was pleasing enough for me. The service was excellent. From the welcoming hospitality received at reception, to the attentive staff at both the all-day dining and the Michelin star restaurant, O’bar, room service, and housekeeping, the quality of the care of the provided spoke volumes of the hotels values when it comes to service. The attention to detail also translated to the overall cleanliness during our stay, all while remaining environmentally conscious which was a big plus in my book. All in all, a very pleasant stay.
