The price is reasonable, and it's very close to the subway station. It's surrounded by universities and Beijing Medical University Third Hospital, so the infrastructure is excellent. Aside from the hotel's facilities being a bit old, I have no complaints. BTW, if you like ordering late-night delivery, be aware that you have to pick up your food at the main entrance yourself. However, the hotel does offer free congee in the evenings.

I was on a business trip nearby, and this is a very typical old, state-run hotel. The front desk service.... The room facilities are old, and the hotel itself is quite dated. There's no elevator, which would be very inconvenient if you have large luggage. I'm not sure how the lights in the stairwell are controlled; they keep flickering on and off, which is really not good for older guests.

The hotel is located within the corporate compound, which makes getting a taxi a bit inconvenient as it's a long walk to the main road. That's really the only downside; everything else was generally fine. I didn't use any services or have breakfast, so I can't comment on those. Maybe I've stayed at too many chain hotels, but I found the front desk staff weren't particularly enthusiastic. However, they did their job efficiently, which is all that really matters.

I booked this place because it's convenient for going to the museum across the street; it's a guesthouse affiliated with my workplace. The initial facilities were decent, but the service and cleanliness fell short. Parking was plentiful and free, but I have to complain about the Simmons mattress – it was terrible. You could feel the springs behind you while sleeping. Even with real stone flooring, this bed severely impacted my sleep quality; I suggest they improve it. The room was quite large, but the bathroom was a bit small and unsatisfactory. The disposable toiletries were of good quality, and the tea bags were nice too. Oh, and I also have to complain about the kettle – it was filthy! The software management is inadequate.

Good service, friendly staff, plenty of free parking in the courtyard, small gifts provided, rooms very clean, just should be well-ventilated as there was a slight odor.

Around 7 a.m., a staff member swiped their card and entered my room, waking me from my sleep. I was shocked by the chaotic management of the hotel. I reported this to the front desk three times, to three different people, and all I received was a simple reply that their manager was aware of it. The bureaucratic style is appalling. Until I checked out, no one offered me any explanation or even a response. I've never left a bad review before; I'm truly helpless and have to take legal action.

Located next to Xueyuan Road, it's easily accessible. It's inside the Datang Telecom Industrial Park. Very quiet. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old. The late-night service is good. High cost-performance ratio.
