第二次入住了，去年來十渡玩也是住在這裏。原來這裡是京鐵十渡培訓中心，後轉為天佑大酒店。有底子，但年月已久，整體略顯陳舊。但十渡這裏更多的是民宿，好的酒店本就寥寥無幾。 優點： 1.家庭房房間很大，小床和大床之間有一道隔簾，睡小床的孩子會有獨立空間的感覺，對於二孩兒家庭，這個房型是很合適的。 2.入住除了礦泉水外，還會贈送3盒牛奶，很有特點。 3.位置不錯，到附近的景區都比較方便。 4.十渡這頭各個景區運營走的羣眾路線，景區門票在各個餐廳賓館都能夠買到，這裏酒店大堂有十分全面的各個景區介紹，優惠價格還可以，第二天的東湖港套票即是在此處購買。 不足： 1.房間在2層，但沒有電梯。 2.衞生間淋浴還行，但隔音較差。 3.都是走廊式户型，房間窗户外是過道，私密性略差。 早餐就是一般水平，炒飯花捲煮雞蛋小米粥加4種涼菜，沒有其他的了，能吃飽。 停車位置夠用免費，但靠樓的一層用繩子圍起來不讓停，因為樓頂有脱落的瓷磚瓦片。 整體情況就是這個樣子，絕對評價不高，但相對來説，在十渡裏面，還是可以一試。

酒店服務特別好! 我們是當天定的酒店，因為去東湖港玩下雨☔️，避雨耽誤了去酒店，酒店特意打電話過來確認，還讓餐廳的廚師等着我們給做的晚飯，十分感謝🌹住宿環境乾淨整潔，每個房間還送的礦泉水，牛奶和小零食，很温馨❤️

停車方便。離景區也不太遠，可步行至九渡河邊。 熱水、電視、網絡都好用。雖然設施不夠新，但整體感覺還算安全、舒適。
