設施：空調遙控闆闆沒提供，找前台小哥哥要，對方居然説衹是臨時工不知道遙控板在哪裡，要求其他房間拿遙控板，對方拒絕，明明有空房進去拿一個就行所以對此非常不理解，暖氣也一般不暖和，很凍。
服務：服務非常糟糕，前台小哥晚上有空玩手機，對客户愛答不理，態度也很傲慢，沒空幫凍死的客户拿空調遙控板。

酒店前台電腦一直重啟，足足等了1個小時才辦理入住，入住後窗户還是壞的，不得已又換一間，然後又是等了半個小時。一堆人在前台等着辦理入住。酒店前台一直就回復一句話：我也沒辦法！我也沒辦法！必須差評，0分。
