Overall, we had a great experience staying here with our child. Ms. Ding Yuzhu was incredibly enthusiastic from booking our room to checking in, and she promptly helped us with any issues we had. Since we had a baby who needed a nap, she even helped me arrange a late check-out. All in all, I'm very grateful.

I never leave bad reviews, but yesterday we arrived at the hotel at 6 AM after an international flight. The front desk told us they were fully booked the night before and suggested an upgrade to a 100-square-meter suite for an extra 430. My husband and I discussed it and agreed. However, when I received the confirmation to sign, the price had jumped to over 700. Since we had our child with us, we chose to compromise, signed, and went upstairs. So, we ended up paying over 2000 for one night, and we accepted it. But then, at 6 AM the next morning, we were woken up by the sunlight streaming through the curtains because they didn't block it out. Is this what you'd expect from a 2000-a-night hotel? The duty manager added me on WeChat and kept using the fact that I signed the confirmation as an excuse, saying I could have refused at the time. I chose to pay 2000 because I trusted the reputation of a five-star hotel, not because I'd agree to curtains that don't even close properly.

Our stay was extended by a day due to a typhoon, but check-in was super quick. They were also very accommodating and allowed us a late check-out given the circumstances, which I really appreciated.

Great location! Just one metro stop from Tiananmen Square, and you can walk straight to the Forbidden City along Dong'an Street. The service was also excellent. No complaints, other than it being a bit pricey.

Great location! The beef noodles are consistently delicious, as always. I always book this hotel when I come to Beijing. The bathtub is beautiful, and the updated facilities are fantastic. My only minor gripe is that I wish the master control screen by the bed could be turned off at night; it's a bit too bright and affects my sleep.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the APM mall, and the subway Line 8 entrance is just downstairs. When I booked, I got a room upgrade, and it was really spacious, even with an extra bed. I requested a high-floor room and was pleasantly surprised to find it had a view of the Forbidden City. Front office manager Ding Yuzhu provided a warm welcome and excellent service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Even though this hotel is ten years old, I was worried it might be run down. I originally booked the Rocks Hotel, but was put off by the outdated facilities, dirty carpets, and incredibly rude service! I chose Hilton for its reputation and reliability. When I booked, I left a few requests, not really expecting them to be noticed, but when I arrived, the front desk proactively addressed and fulfilled every single one. Every staff member at the hotel genuinely focuses on the guests, offering smiles and greetings. Their service mindset is excellent. I particularly want to commend the housekeeping staff on my floor and the cleaning auntie on the first floor – they are incredibly proactive, have a great attitude, and are very dedicated. However, I do think the doormen could be more proactive. When I checked in, it was pouring rain! My friend and I both had our hands full with bags and were sitting in the back seat, but no doorman offered an umbrella or even opened the car door. After struggling up the steps, the revolving door in front of me was broken. I stood there awkwardly for about 30 seconds, trying to figure it out, before a staff member finally noticed me and directed me to the side entrance. The room itself was good, and I slept really well because I was so exhausted. I have to say, it was incredibly quiet; no noise woke me up at all. Very close to Wangfujing, my overall stay was extremely satisfying. As soon as I entered the room, there were no strange odors, and both the floor and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bed was just right in terms of firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a disturbance-free night's rest. Check-in at the front desk was fast and the staff were friendly. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, the facilities are well-maintained, and the price is great value for money. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation, and I've already recommended it to friends.
