If you head to Shanghai, be sure to stay at Hilton! The rooms are spacious! Check out the bathroom, it's almost as big as the bedroom!you have the luxury to soak and unwind in its huge bathtub. Bed is huge and comfy. The breakfast spread is good and fresh. Would definitely return again!

Clean and located at a conveniently right behind apm mall. Service staff could be more helpful and friendlier though, they were not offering to help with luggages and they were not greeting guests with smiles.

Everything was good, but wifi connection is extremely slow and unstable. Very nice swimming pool and gym.

The staff are very nice and helpful. Leon and Lewis are very helpful. The staff in restaurant are amazing. Tea is good.

i seldom leave reviews, and i just had to do this because of a housekeeping lady. her surname should be Yang if i'm not wrong. i had a high fever running on my last night there, and due to the cold weather, i had to seek help from the front desk staff to have medication delivered to my room. at one point, they had assigned a housekeeping lady (not certain if that's her designation but.. well..) she went the extra mile to help relief my fever when medication didn't seem to work. she even checked in on me, and prepared honey etc, and even offered to call an ambulance in chase things got worse. all these, just to make sure i got better. kudos to the team, and yeap, this little extra warmth meant alot to me. i wouldn't have imagined if i would have made my returning trip should the lady just do her regular job to just pass me medication.

Surprised by the state of the room ! Dirty carpet , fungus on the walls , cracks … I had difficult time to sleep ! The big surprise was the next morning with almost non eatable breakfast , managed by rude and non professional person named Eric or so … well, I do not recommend this place at all and I felt that was my first mistake during my long stay in Beijing .

it was an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Wangfujing shopping street and close to major attractions like the Forbidden City. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a fantastic view of the city.
