Regent Beijing

Although the Regent Beijing has been open for many years and looks a bit old, it doesn't feel worn out or dilapidated at all. It's clear that the daily maintenance is excellent, and it's full of a retro ambiance with subtle quality everywhere. The location is absolutely superb; it's just a stone's throw from the Wangfujing commercial district, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and visiting attractions. The dining is top-notch. The breakfast offers a rich variety of local specialties, and the Regent Club's offerings are even more impressive, with solid ingredients and excellent flavors – absolutely no corners cut. The quality can easily rival that of the Regent Chongqing. The service details are a huge plus. The front desk and concierge staff are warm and polite, always offering thoughtful greetings whenever you enter or leave. The entire stay is comfortable and pleasant. It's a classic boutique hotel worth returning to again and again.

This is a pretty good hotel, conveniently located near Dengshikou Station on Line 5, making it easy to get anywhere. The lobby has large floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for afternoon tea. The gym is also great, with a studio, equipment room, and a swimming pool.

Traveling to Beijing with friends and our kids this time, we compared several hotels and finally settled on the Regent Beijing. Our overall stay was very satisfying, and I highly recommend it! The location is superb, very close to attractions like the Forbidden City, and getting around by bus, subway, or taxi is incredibly convenient, which made traveling with children much easier. The staff were warm and attentive, and they patiently addressed our requests during check-in. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Our high-floor room even offered a fantastic view of the Forbidden City.

The hotel's location is excellent; the Line 5 subway is right outside, making it convenient to get around, and you can simply walk to Wangfujing. The service was absolutely outstanding; the staff at the entrance were incredibly proactive and welcoming, which made a great first impression during check-in. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, answering all questions with a soft-spoken demeanor, which was much appreciated. Although the hotel is a bit older, so the facilities show some age, it didn't detract from the overall stay. I was very satisfied with my visit.

The high-ceilinged swimming pool and dynamic water features create a very clean and comfortable environment for fitness. Hygiene: Housekeeping staff clean every area daily, including many small details, ensuring everything is spotless. The hotel's aromatherapy scent is also very subtle and pleasant. Environment: Located right above a subway station, the transportation is incredibly convenient, and it's very close to all the major attractions. For this location and these amenities, the value for money is excellent. Service: Yedda's service, from check-in to the various assistance provided afterward, truly demonstrated the hotel's beyond five-star service. The mini-bar is complimentary for the first use and isn't stingy with its offerings, which is quite rare nowadays. If you have time, I also recommend the spa; my personal experience was very professional. This has always been my go-to choice when visiting Beijing, highly recommended.

I brought my mother to协和 hospital and booked this hotel, only to realize it's a super convenient five-minute walk away, no taxi needed. The quality and value for money are also excellent. The toiletries felt a bit standard, but the service details were truly impressive. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Plus, you can order delicious Wei Family Liangpi nearby, which is just amazing!

My stay at the Regent Beijing this time completely exceeded my expectations – it deserves a full five-star rating! It's a mere ten-minute walk to Wangfujing, and a short taxi ride to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Exploring the hutongs and iconic attractions is incredibly convenient, saving a lot of time and effort. Although it's an established five-star hotel, it's meticulously maintained. The lobby beautifully blends Chinese aesthetics with understated luxury, without being overly ostentatious. We were upgraded to a high-floor view room. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered expansive views, and on a clear day, we could clearly see the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park. The room itself was spacious, with a separate wet and dry bathroom featuring a large bathtub. The toiletries had a luxurious scent, and the bathrobes and slippers were soft and plush. The double-glazed windows were incredibly effective; despite the bustling traffic outside, the room remained wonderfully quiet and peaceful, ensuring a perfect night's sleep.
